A very informative presentation by the guest speaker Suzi Carter on Commercial Conversions along with Paul Davis of Numbus Maps showing how powerful this software is when you know how to use it.

We've been using for a couple of years now and have seen the system and company grow to include nearly every feature you could want but at price that offers great value.

This is an excellent tool for anyone involved in property/housing development. It gives so much detail in one place and is an incredible resource.

***After a speedy response to this review and following emails, I have updated my review. Any company can make mistakes and how they deal with them is important. If the site is corrected to allow removal of cards without this fuss, it would be a 5 star review***

Firstly, great site for what I needed. I was looking for a specific document, and was able to get it easily and cheaply. Perfect.
So why only 3 stars? In order to make my one off purchase I was asked to put in my card details, fine, however these have now been saved there and I have no option to remove them. It also says I have a monthly subscription (although does say auto renew is disabled, so mildy confident I wont get billed, although not entirely)
I reached out to customer support to see if this could be addressed, and received no reply. Really not happy that my card details are still saved on the page.

Great detail and content, all at the click of a button, enabling the user to be first past the post, get ahead of the game use Nimbus Maps

It would've been good to go thro a worked example, so that we could link Nimbus directly to it, rather than a generalised explanation, but nonetheless, one could see clearly, the advantages that Nimbus would afford..

There is nothing like Nimbus Maps out there, as far as I've been able to see. The level of information available is very detailed and covers many other information platfoms. Its all packaged very clearly under Nimbus. There is also ongoing support and guidance available which I like. Dan has been particularly patient and has answered many questions. I'm very happy with this company

Nimbus needs to stop bombarding its customers with e-mails!

During 14 day free trial, I enjoyed an excellent experience with Nimbus Maps team, including 1-2-1 sessions.

I enjoyed several webinars, and I can see the power of Nimbus Maps.

fantastic software, we use for all our property needs.

The Nimbus suite of products has many valuable functions. The support from Nimbus staff is excellent.

The programme was a little difficult to use- I understand their are tutorials which I accessed- there were things that were irritating a little like the red freehold map- just couldn’t get rid of it. When zooming out the satellite map would appear- would have preferred it to stay as a survey map.
The good things were the HMO map and the comparables that you could export- especially the commercial ones which I have not found easy to find.
Overall there are good components to it, I would have preferred a ‘jump straight in and use ‘ programme- purely to just get moving quickly.
I did also trial property data at the same time- there are different features of course- but I have subscribed to them 🤔
I really wanted to love nimbus maps- maybe I will try it again in the future.

A very useful way to identify specific properties, especially during lockdown when visiting site is limited. Easy to navigate and practical.

Extremely useful to see the boundaries of each title on the map so you can quickly identify sites and any potential issues with them.

Excellent! No more needs to be said

I tried the free trial, I like the whole concept of Nimbus and I can see how useful it could be, but as a bus driver, I wouldn't use it. I purchased some title deeds, and the system stored my bank details, I messaged Nimbus and my details were removed straight away. Nimbus have great communication and answered me straight away.
