Non existant customer service
Originally booked 2 courses on a 2 for 1 deal. Offer stated the second course cost would be removed on checkout. This did not happen so charged full cost. Contacted the company via the email address supplied on the invoice to query, received no reply after two weeks. Re contacted them again, still no response after a further three days.

It was visually informative
It was visually informative. The instructors hands on demonstrations were great. The workbook can be downloaded and was full of valuable information.
The instructor was well educated on the topic and I could tell he wanted us to succeed. The test was pertinent to our learning and has a review to make corrections. I like that kind of learning.

Advanced? Nope!
I took the Advanced Rib Cage Techniques course. Nothing about this course was "advanced". Those of us who are taking this course for CEUs know where the rib cage is and do not need to palpate and waste the whole first session just on this anatomy. A five minute refresh would've been plenty. Instructor was late joining by a few minutes for 2 of the 3 sessions. The eight techniques were basic. Nothing advanced. I took this course thinking I would actually be taking an advanced class. The word advanced is in the title, but unfortunately that was the extent of it. I do not recommend this course at all for anyone wanting to actually learn something.

It was simple and easy to get my courses. There was a glitch in the system and I couldn't access them for a bit. However, someone actually contacted me back to assist with getting things done.

Difficulties with NYS approval and some misinformation on the website
Update: After a couple of confusing communications I did hear from someone at the company who assured me they would look into why the courses are no longer approved and take measures to reinstate the approval. Hopefully this will allow me to receive credit for my time.
9.24.25: I took three classes from results of a filtered search for NYS approved courses. One of your reps just told me two of them don't count for NYS, that's 15 CE hours. Why are they showing in the search results if they don't count? This is a serious oversight resulting in lost time and money.
In addition the customer service is very slow. The only way to speak to someone is to schedule a call, which I did but no one ever called.

Classes are okay for online learning
Classes are okay for online learning. However the hours they have listed don’t correspond with all certification boards. One class was listed as 14CEU hours but for my board it only qualified for 6. Be diligent in checking that you will receive the credit you need for your specific licensing board.
