Quick and Personable Customer Service
Update: I had originally given a one star review as my experience on the website after paying for the membership wasn’t a good one. However, Veronica, the customer service agent was quick, personable, and I felt listened to. I received a partial refund and I will be meeting with them for a video call soon. All of which makes me feel valued as a customer.
Also, they are in the midst of resolving their website issues, which was my original concern.

If I could give 5 more stars I would! I’m Chris and Thank you to NAT an awesome website that offers all kinds of CE units for all different types of health practitioners. I purchased the Oncology Massage course just to make my credentials more official which will add value to my practice as an LMT here in America (Florida). This course was super informative and done by a very knowledgeable instructor by the name of Maureen Abson. She was wonderful and the course was well explained and simple to understand. The videos and the workbook/coursework and the key principle notes were a great help to grasp and comprehend the topics. I definitely plan on getting more courses from NAT.

Excellent and simplified
The information was excellent, and the main takeaways were presented clearly, making them easy to understand. I appreciated that the material wasn't overloaded with complex medical terminology that would be difficult to explain to clients. Instead, the concepts were simplified, which made the information easier to comprehend and retain.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! For me, what makes a company stand out is not just when things go perfectly, but also how they handle it when something doesn't. In my case, I had a shipment of equipment that got damaged in transit (due to the courier, not NAT's fault). Veronica in the customer service team was super pro-active in solving the problem, saving me any extra hassle, and made me feel that me and my time mattered. Will definitely be a return customer and recommending to friends!

I found the content very concise and to the point. I enjoyed learning new things even after being in the Natural Health and Wellness field for 35 years now! It was easy to follow and the only thing I found that could be better is the videos and images as some did not download or appear to open. I am very pleased with everything else, especially integrating all the new AI stuff in our ever-changing world as a Body Worker!
