New Build Inspections Limited Omdömen

Recently had Andy out to Survey our property. The project isn't quite complete yet but Andy coming over has made getting it finished a whole lot easier! Andy was there most of the day and did a really thorough inspection. We received that report the next day and it couldn't have been easier to follow. Picked up on so much that I had missed, honestly couldn't be better value for the service provided. Recommend highly

Great experience using new build inspections ltd. The inspector turned up promptly and spent several hours going through the property and taking photos for the report. He was engaging and explained everything. We presented the report to the developer and they even said how thorough it was and on one item it was a great spot. Thanks so much. Work now underway to rectify issues by the developer so very happy.

Quick to correspond and Rob who carried out the survey was friendly, professional and offered sage advice as well.

Rob who inspected our new property was great. Very thorough and professional as well as friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. Lorraine and Karen in the office were also fantastic, took the time to talk me through everything prior to booking and always responded quickly. Would definitely recommend for new build snagging surveys. Spotted so many things I hadn’t and our builders even commented that it was a very fair and reasonable list.

We have been so impressed with New Build Inspections from start to finish! Communication has been great throughout and super efficient. Craig was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my stupid questions. As first time buyers using NBI has massively given us peace of mind. Thankyou so so much I will recommend you every time to anyone in need of an inspection.

Really good experience with New Build Inspections, from start to finish. Having jsut bought my first home, and knowing next to nothing about new builds, it was a no-brainer to get the house inspected and New Build Inspections had great reviews. Karen in the office was very friendly and helpful in getting an inspection booked in for the same week. Adam, our inspector, was both knowledgeable and friendly. He fully explained the snagging process, what he would be inspecting and was very accommodating of the fact that we has just moved in and had boxes everywhere! He answered all of our questions and really helped put our minds at ease about the property. His report was over the next day, even though it was a weekend, and has allowed us to get our snags back to the builder within a week of moving in. The report itself is well structured, with a photo and explanation for each snag. On top of this, New Build Inspections have also offered to assist in the snagging 'negotiation' between myself and the builder, should it be needed. I would highly recommend New Build Inspections when buying a new build as they found snags we never would have found on our own. Given the cost of buying a new house, it seems crazy not to have an independent inspection to remove any doubts, and New Build Inspections provide an excellent service.

If we could rate the team at New Build Inspections any higher, we would. Excellent service, and a pleasure to deal with. Professional through and through.

Graham inspected for us. Based on his extensive experience, he was incredibly informative on building practices, NHBC compliance, snags, and defects. He provided advice and recommendations. He missed nothing, however small. Ask him to show you the marble trick!

The survey removed a great deal of the stress and worry around snagging for us. We know we can rely on them for follow-up guidance while working with the Developer to get matters rectified.

The team in the office - we dealt with Lorraine, Karen and Paul - are also a pleasure to work with.

So pleased we bothered to get a survey done, it flagged several things we would have otherwise missed. Now to see if the developer actions but it is reassuring to know that New Build Inspections are there to advise on any further snagging issues over the next 2 years. I'm hoping though, that won't be needed.

Mo carried out our survey and was extremely thorough and really pleasant, especially with all my questions and queries, poor bloke!

Survey was in my inbox the following morning - brilliantly quick turnaround.

Excellent, efficient service all round and would definitely recommend anyone buying a new home to get a survey done with this company. There is plenty the untrained eye misses!

Recently had a new home inspection, performed by Andrew Watson. The guy knew exactly what he was doing, clearly has a lot of experience and knew the things to look for. Everything was rigorous and complete and was performed in a very friendly and stress-free manner. Andrew really gave the impression that he has the interest of the client at heart. The report arrived the next day and was completed efficiently with the help of Karen and Lorraine at their office. Well done to this team, and I recommend anyone to take their services, it really is worth it.

New Build Inspections provided us with a great service and a report that has really helped us. We have been able to resolve some of the biggest issues that we had as a direct result of the report content, along with the support and after service advice. We took their advice on how best to proceed with an ongoing dispute and as soon as we changed tact we got the result that we wanted. One of the best decisions we’ve made was to use these guys.

We recently used New Build Inspections and are very happy with the work they completed. The survey was completed within days of booking and was very comprehensive and detailed. The report was with us within less than 24 hours and following us adding one or two minor cosmetic issues the report was sent straight to our builder. Would definitely recommend this company based on our experience so far.

Andy did a really thorough job & the turnaround was super quick. We had to get someone in & results sent in a tight timeframe due to our new build deadlines, NBI sent us the results the same day!
Andy explained everything before he started and we are extremely pleased with the detail on our report and how we now go about getting the issues fixed.
10/10 would recommend!

Brilliant all the way through from booking, to communication to delivering report. Dealt with Lorraine in the office via email and Mo came to conduct the inspection. First class!

Really pleased with this service and really puts your mind at ease and empowers you to tackle issues that you may have missed when you are the only one checking and not an expert! Jason was thorough, efficient, put you at ease and got on with the job. I am also reassured that Karen, Lorraine and the team will help me if I struggle. It’s not money for old rope! It’s peace of mind and good service and I’m happy to pay for that and recommend to others.

Very pleased with the service that I received. Martin and the rest of the team were very helpful. The report was detailed but at the same time simple and clear with accompanying photos so that you can understand the issues raised.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them

New Build Inspections came through as a recommendation and for good reason.

The team are incredible quick to respond, polite and helpful. An appointment was arranged really quick, the Super Snagger (yay for Mo) came out and the report was with me the following morning with ongoing support offered. The report was easy to understand and had clear photographic evidence. It was also incredibly thorough.

There are many concerns around snagging when buying a new home and this service gives you real peace of mind.

Highly recommended! Thank you for the service team! You rock!

NBI had been recommended to me, and I have to say I will forward that recommendation on. They have been very helpful and professional throughout. I was very impressed with my surveyor, Graham, who was punctual, personable and very thorough. I'd spotted a couple of snags ahead of time, but he picked up some issues which I would never have spotted and explained the processes and expectation of standards along the way. NBI have been a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

I cannot fault this company, the surveyor (Graham) arrived promptly and was a pleasure to talk to. Graham was knowledgeable and put my mind at ease once he had completed the in depth survey. He spotted snags that I would never had noticed and although there wasn’t too much wrong with my house (luckily), it was worth spending the money for peace of mind. Thank you New Build Inspections but specifically Graham, Lorraine and Karen.

Brilliant service from Martyn. Clearly a professional snagging company and they know what they're doing. We don't know what we would have done without him. Thank you.

Difficult to contact, nobody showed up for the booked snagging inspection, definitely would NOT recommend this company(not treating customers seriously) Maybe overbooked?
