This company makes things simple
I have used netflights in the past
In the last few years I went direct but things got a little complicated somehow
Came back to netflights this year it’s so much easier in every way

Chris made the pricess simple and found us the flights we needed quickly. We asked for a couple of tweaks to the initial propisal and these were done quickly.

I could give a zero if I could. I bought tickets for a direct flight to Denver Colorado. The a travel itinerary was sent the following day with completely different dates and stating that the money paid was NON REFUNDABLE. My travel was meant to be in a month's time but the itinerary had the flight booked in 3 days and the flight had a stopover. I was asked to pay more that the initial cost of the tickets to change to my actual dates and told that the money I paid was none refundable. BEWARE of this company!!! I lost more than £1500

Always use netflights, everything is so easy to use, never had a problem in all the years I've been booking flights and hotels

I am taking a 16hr journey alone and decided to treat myself and fly business. I filtered business only flights on the search and was shown when booking.
After purchasing I went onto the airline site to confirm the tickets it showed one of the legs is actually economy. Not flagged by netflights at all and I’ve clearly been charged for business round trip! When I contacted them thinking they’d clearly see it’s a mistake, they basically said there’s absolutely nothing they can do……every excuse provided.
I won’t be using them again because of this and want to share my experience to hopefully save this happening to someone else!

Information on the web site is misleading. Booked a Business class ticket, tried to select a seat as a solo traveller, to be told had to contact airline direct. For some unknown reason that no one will take responsibility for, control of the booking was taken by airline and Net Flights refused any help. They did admit it is something that should not have happened but they could do nothing to help. My contract was with them, not the airline, but that did not seem to matter to this company . The web site was misleading as there were additional charges for the seat, which Net Flights never made me aware of at time of booking. Terrible mis leading site, stay well away as they take the money and then you are on your own. Hard to contact them or find a number and customer service basically tell you it’s someone else’s fault!
