Good and fast to book,same time tickets received by mail

Being able to communicate easily with Megan made arranging the 8 individual flights each for my group was very easy .Megan arranged adequate transfer time between flights as our daughter is disabled.
Also emails were answered promptly answering all questions. I am confident that the prices are competitive . Looking forward to the trip and will update when finished to review ongoing service.

Netflights is a fraudulent agency. I have booked 2 flights and i got my booking cancelled without any prior notice. My money of almost 3,000 pounds hasnt been refunded and the agent i have been speaking to have not helped on anyway. This my first time booking with them and it has been a nightmare in the last 24hrs. Please beware!

This is only on the flight purchase not the flight itself. It wasn't too bad, less annoying boxes trying to sell pointless services than most of its competitors. However the final acknowledgements screen, which it would've been useful to save until formal confirmation came through, quite astonishingly did not have the dates of the flights on,

The booking was straight forward.
But that was it.
I've tried phoning and emailing but no response.
Now wish I had booked with Emirates and paid the extra.
Sorry to have to change my first review but they are quick to make the booking but that's it. Just don't expect to speak or hear from anybody.
It's the same story you hear everywhere. All our reps are busy.
