Excellent service and product!
My experience with Nesto was nothing but seamless, from an easy online application in the evening to a phone call the very next day from an extremely well-versed professional named Elischa.
I have had some bad experiences with pushy brokers who don't communicate well and seem to only care about one thing: closing the deal with their chosen lender.
Elischa took the time to explain all of the options available and gave excellent advice on the best product for my family's needs. No question was too much, and it was evident that the decision was ultimately mine to make.
I felt well-informed and comfortable. Overall, it was a refreshing experience and how making one of the most significant decisions in your lifetime should be.
Not only this, but we also got a lower rate and better flexibility than any other lender or broker could offer.
I will be recommending Elischa and Nesto to all of my friends and family.

Nakita at Nesto
Fantastic! I really can't say enough good things about Nakita. From the beginning of the process to end (and even beyond), she was there with the answers to my many questions. She speaks very candidly and gives you her insights as to the best path forward for your own individual mortgage needs. Peace of mind with a great team

Mortgage Experience with Nesto
My experience was great. As soon as I was connected with a mortgage advisor (Karin Khanna) the experience was quick and easy to understand. If I had questions my advisor answered them quickly and thoroughly. In addition, Karun always answered my calls or got back to me very quickly. Nesto paid and transferred funds to my legal team on time with no delays. The only part of my experience that I would have liked to be quicker would be getting connected with a mortgage advisor sooner. It took a while for pre approval to be processed. Overall a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend using Nesto.

Buying a house can be stressful and also confusing at time because it is not something we do often. I called my representatives many times. They both always took my calls without ever showing exasperation. They were very comforting by providing very explicit and detailed answers to every single question I asked. Nakita Narayan and Alcindo Vicente made my mortgage renewal simple and stress-free!
I contacted a number of mortgage brokers in the weeks before my mortgage was due for renewal and nobody got back to me. Within minutes of posting an inquiry online to Nesto, Nakita Narayan, a Licenced Mortgage Advisor, contacted me and we discussed mortgage options to tailor a mortgage to suit my needs. I uploaded a few documents and within a day I received my I initial approval. Alcindo Vicente, Mortgage Processor, took over from there to help me upload all the required paperwork to process and finalize my mortgage. Once everything was finalized, they arranged for a lawyer, Martino Cavaleri, to come to my house to go over the mortgage agreement with me and for me to sign. Nakita stayed in touch by text and email and was quick to respond when I contacted her and answered all of my questions. The whole process was relatively seamless and from start to finish took three weeks. The virtual processing and having the mobile lawyer meant I didn’t have to leave my home to get this done. Nakita and Alcindo were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process.

Superb Customer Service
Karun & Alcindo are very knowledgeable, both provided me with a quick assistance to get my mortgage renewal process easily and smoothly.
