I had taken the Everest View Trek With Helicopter Tour - 4 Days with Nepal Trekking Planner.

I had been asking details about the trip for over 2 months for which Mr. Dipak was answering me every question in a very nice way. The booking process very easy and simple.

The trip itself was like "Once in a Life Time" for me. I had GREAT time all thru the trip. I cant thank enough Mr. Dipak for making my trip so smooth from the point I landed in Kathmandu till took my return flight back.

The Trekking experience was the Best in my life so far. Mr. Dipak had constantly checking on me our progress and making sure everything was comfortable.

I must defenitely thank Gyaljen Sherpa my guide during the trek who was very good. Gyaljen Sherpa is an amazing guide with great mountaineering experience.

I'm so impressed with this amazing experience that Mr. Dipak had provided I'm planning to go to Nepal again with family this time.

We had an exceptional experience with Trekking Planners, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, Dipak Lamichhane, the owner, demonstrated outstanding professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care in crafting a perfectly balanced itinerary tailored to our interests.

Our tour included stays in Sarangkot and Chitwan, combining scenic walks, gentle hikes, rich cultural visits, and unforgettable wildlife experiences. Every element of the trip was seamlessly planned and executed, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy Nepal’s natural beauty and cultural depth.

A special mention goes to Sudhip Bhatta, our guide, who was simply excellent. Sudhip was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and deeply passionate about Nepal’s landscapes, culture, and people. His insights during the walks and hikes around Sarangkot, as well as the cultural explanations throughout the journey, added tremendous value to the experience. He was always attentive, ensuring our comfort and safety while making the trip both informative and enjoyable.

Our time in Chitwan was a true highlight. The jungle activities and Tharu village tours were thoughtfully organized and culturally respectful, offering meaningful insight into local traditions and daily life. The stay at Green Park, Chitwan was excellent, and the jungle walks and wildlife experiences were well coordinated and memorable.

Overall, this was a beautifully planned and professionally guided tour that exceeded our expectations in every way. Trekking Planners, under Dipak’s leadership, delivers a high-quality, personal, and authentic travel experience, and Sudhip is a credit to the company.

We were picked up at our hotel and escorted all the way to check-in at the airport. Everything was well organized and the flight was excellent.
Good communication beforehand and quick responses via WhatsApp.

Great trek to EBC! Our guide and porters were excellent. I got ill and had to rest a day but still with the help of our guide I made it!

To start off, I was impressed by how responsive Dipak (CEO) is. This was my first trek to Nepal, and I wanted to get answers to my queries, helping me reduce my anxiety. Dipak was always there to answer them. It was a solo trek in my case, and I did get a few other quotes; a few of them were cheaper, but I went ahead with Trekking Planner because of Dipak. Today, when I write this review, I am so glad that I did that. His entire team is equally as awesome as Dipak, making my trek a wonderful experience.

My initial plan was to complete the trek in 11 days with one acclimatization day at Dingboche, but I felt good and decided to continue. All these requests were taken care of by my guide, Pasang. It is easy to change around the itinerary, but I now know how difficult it is to manage those changes, as tea houses remain jam-packed during April. Pasang was up to it. He is one of those guides who gets along quite well and is really helpful.

I would recommend Trekking Planner to everyone. Their hospitality and care for the clients are top-notch. They have a brilliant group of guides (I meet with quite a few of them during the trek) who goes beyond the agreed terms and conditions to take care of you.

Annapurna base camp(above 4000 meters)
Annapurna base camp trek is a once in a life time experience and Trekking planner Nepal made the experience a pleasant one. I went with the guide sudip and he is one guy who is always optimistic and keeps the group cheered up and motivated no matter what the odds are. Trekking with him has been a jovial experience. I will recommend sudip from trekking planner.

I travel there with a fiend of mine in early February, we have made the anapurna circuit in 14 days crossing torang la pass with sudip, he was an amazing guide providing all the tips we needed.

My recent Everest Base Camp trek was an experience of a lifetime, and a significant part of that success was due to my exceptional guide, Gyaljen Sherpa, from Trekking Planner Nepal. Here's why I would recommend Gyaljen to anyone considering tackling this challenging, yet rewarding, journey

This company "hand holds you" from the time you get off the plane in Kathmandu to the time to you leave Kathmandu! Dipak was excellent in organizing my hotel stay, city tour, flight to Lukla and of course the guide and porter. Gyelijen Sherpa was my guide and he was excellent in every "step" of the trek from the time he greeted me from my arrival flight on Tara Airways in the Lukla airport to every day on the trail and finally back to Lukla. There were many times, I needed Gyelijen to help me traverse the very difficult terrain and to carry my day back and to hold my hand while climbing the boulders or walking across the treacherous water rapids. Each day the porter would pack up my stuff and Gyelijen would prepare my water and suggest what foods to eat at meal time.
There were many times I wanted to quit walking, but Gyelijen encouraged me to take that next step until we made it to Everest Base Camp. He even helped me get onto the top rock boulder at the Camp for a photograph with the Nepal Trekking Planner Banner!
When my plane was delayed in departing from Lukla, Gyelijen stayed me with me for 3 days until I was finally able to leave on a helicopter. He made sure I was able to get to Surki to board the helicopter and let me tell you, it was really difficult terrain from Lulka to Surki.
Overall I strongly recommend this tour operator and make sure you ask for Gyelijen Sherpa to be your guide! AND yes, he speaks good English!

We went with Trekking Planner for the Gokyo Chola Pass Trek. Everything was perfectly organised by Dipak and his team and he was taking care of everything from the moment we landed until we left. Our guide Ananta was very knowledgeable and helpful and always looked after us. We had a great experience and a wonderful trek even though we could not finish the trek as planned as I got Dengue fever. Dipak organised all the medical help I needed within minutes, so with Trekking Planner you can be sure to have a company to rely on not only when it comes to organising a memorable and fantastic trip but they are also providing all the help and support in an emergency situation as well. I would highly recommend this company and we will definitley go back to Nepal to finish our trek with Trekking Planner.

I used Trekking Planner for a first-ever trip to Nepal in November 2022; my 65-year-old father and I completed the Three Passes trek using Trekking Planner’s services. I could praise this company for pages and pages - if you’re looking for a positive, well managed, supportive experience visiting Nepal, go with Trekking Planner!

From my very first email inquiries, I could tell that the business would be perfect for what we needed. The owner, Dipak, was so responsive and answered every question I had. Because the company didn’t have a preset date for the trek we wanted, they set up a private trek - just me, my dad, and our guide and porter. And because my dad has loved Ama Dablam since he was a small child, we even added a side trip to Ama Dablam Base Camp as part of our trek… Trekking Planner had no issue totally curating our itinerary to make sure we got exactly what we wanted out of our experience!

From arriving in Nepal and being picked up at the airport, to being put up in a beautiful little hotel in Thamel before and after our trek, EVERY detail was handled Trekking Planner. As first-time visitors to Nepal, it was wonderful to be able to relax and enjoy without any of the stress of planning the details ourselves. When my dad’s flight ended up changing, making him arrive in Kathmandu hours ahead of me, it was no problem - Trekking Planner picked him up and delivered him safely to the hotel, and was there to pick me up when I arrived later, too.

The trek itself was incredible. Our guide, Ananta, was very knowledgeable and experienced… and patient with our constant stopping for photos! We felt like we were in very capable hands; there was always a plan for each day, and our acclimatization was slow and steady, giving us the best chance to avoid altitude issues. Our safety and health always came first, and there was always a feeling of an open dialogue.

We met many other trekkers during our weeks on the trail, and some traveling solo. To be honest, when I was first looking into coming to Nepal, I was leaning toward going solo / unguided myself. My dad and I are experienced backpackers and climbers; I wasn’t sure if I’d enjoy being “guided.” However, I now look back and can’t imagine going solo! It would have made the trip so much more difficult in so many ways - and less enjoyable because of the added stress. Using Trekking Planner, we got to simply hike and immerse ourselves in the amazing beauty around us, without any concerns of finding a lodge for the night in each village or navigating the unique experience that is the Lukla airport. If you want to have the best experience possible, use a guide service. Beyond what I’ve already mentioned, supporting the local economy by employing a guide and porter is really important.

It was clear throughout the trek that Trekking Planner has really strong relationships everywhere you go. At each lodge, we were treated so well, and even at the Lukla airport I observed the Trekking Planner guides able to get good information from the airport workers, so that we could stay up to date (and get seats on the planes back to Kathmandu! Some unguided travelers got bumped, because preference goes to guide services).

In Kathmandu after the trek, we were treated to a farewell dinner from Dipak and even offered complimentary massages from our hotel’s spa services. We couldn’t take advantage of that last part, as I had hurt my ribs toward the end of the trip, but it is just another example of how Dipak and Trekking Planner really take care of all their clients, down to the smallest details.

I couldn’t be happier with how our trip went, and truly owe most of that to Trekking Planner. My dad will likely not be back to Nepal, so I’m so grateful that his bucket list trip was handled so professionally and gave him everything he could have wanted from it. I am quite sure I’ll be back at some point - maybe for an easy climbing trip like Mera or Island Peak - and I’ll absolutely use Trekking Planners services again. Five stars, 10/10!

Sonam was a great guide. Dipak was very responsive and easy to work with. They are excellent at planning and executing treks down to the last detail. Very knowledgeable and helpful. If you feel unsure about how to approach your trek, they are a great option!

Embarking in Nepal was a dream come true. Skeptical initially as to where to get started and how to go about it. However hats off to Trekking Planner's team members and especially Dipak. He made us feel comfortable and ensured that we would get the best out of from Annapurna Base Camp trek. Nirmal was a perfect man for this tour. He was a man of great knowledge and knew the mountains like the back of his hand. He catered to all our needs and possibly left no stone unturned in terms of safety and security. How time flew during the trek we could not get a trace of it. Not only the environment people and mountainous backdrop but the entire journey was like a scripted fairy tale adventure. We have highest of regard and owe a lot to Trekking Planners team for making it extremely valued and memorable. If we are to visit again it will be Trekking Planners all the way.

While in Kathmandu for a short trip we decided last minute to do a one day hike within the Kathmandu area. I sent out a few requests to different trekking companies but Dipak was very quick to response and had one of the most reasonable prices. Dipak organized a great one day hike up from Nagarkot to Changunarayan. The walking is easy with gradual downhill and fairly leveled path. It will take about 4 hrs to reach Changunarayan.

Narayan, our guide was very knowledgable and had a good sense of humor.

It was a perfect day to get out of the noise and pollution of Kathmandu.

Dipak also arranged a last minute bungy jump excursion for the following day. He met me at the restaurant we were eating supper to sign forms and make sure I got registered and then met me at 5:45 am the next morning to make sure I got to the correct location. Awesome customer service.
