Neals Yard - an amazing find
Your products are amazing, my skin was always sensitive but I use a range of different NY products and my skin looks and feels great. I have a facial every 6 weeks with a NY consultant and she always advises me on the new products and their benefits. The website is easy to navigate and ordering is easy and now my parcels arrive by Evri, delivery time is so much quicker.

Lovely smelling produce ...but
Always like Neals yard produce however,the large packaging box was dented and also the packages inside .They are for gifts.Could have done with more packaging but could also be partly the fault of the carrier. Just annoying

Short dated items
I love Neal’s Yard products but have just had another delivery with a very short dated item and apparently they cannot get me a more longer dated one, this is not good enough when the item itself states PAO 12 months yet you give an item with 9 months date on it. It also means that it isn’t really any good to store away to use when I still have approx 6 months use of the one not long opened. Will have to re-think whether to carry on purchasing due to this as this is now the 2nd time they have done this.. see previous review

Poor delivery…
Evri attempted a delivery last Wednesday evening. I have the app so a safe place and preferred neighbour is logged. This was ignored. I was told delivery would be rescheduled. Nothing happened. I chased Evri using their bot. They are still trying to find my parcel but my app suggests it’s on its way back to you. I have paid for the goods and wanted them as a present for my daughter who was staying for a short break. She is an NHS trauma dentist and could do with some TLC. She has sadly had to go back home without her gift.
