Perfect communication and a full explanation of the products each time you purchase makes me want to return. I love that each product is paraben free, I am highly allergic to chemicals and thrilled I have these products that actually work. This month I have purchased products that hydrate my hair and immediately the shampoo and conditioner have worked. Last month I decided to purchase products that give volume and again it gave just that! 😄

Shocking customer service. I have bought several products from them before and the silk smoothing blow dry balm really does not do what it says. It left my hair ratty and hard to brush. I contacted customer services to see if I could return as lots of companies do 30 day money back guarantee and I was met with, no we do not accept returns or offer refunds. So you can spend £20 on a product and hope for the best.

Ill not be ordering from them again. As customer service is rubbish as thr products do not deliver what they advertise.

I have no bought numerous items from Neal & wolf for my hair extensions. I can’t tell you how healthy looking and manageable my hair has become. The best products I’ve ever used after 6 years of trying other extensions hair products

Excellent products and they often have great deals on. I am more likely to trust a company if they specialise in something rather than try to be a jack-of-all-trades. Will continue to purchase from them as my main shampoo, conditioner and treatments.

Discovered neal & wolf whilst on a spa day and have used their products ever since! The shampoo and conditioner has the signature smell which is Devine! I use their hair perfume as I struggle with strong smells but this one is light and fresh. The oil and moisture mask are perfect for my dry, frizzy hair and leave it feeling like I’ve just left the salon every time I use it, Would absolutely recommend these products.

I’ve ordered several products now, not only is my hair in the best condition it has ever been in but the service is quick and easy use with amazing customer service that keeps you up dated ever step of the way! And freebies included are good too! So far I’ve had several shampoo and conditioners, a claw grip and most recently I bought a leave in conditioner and an amazing comb for the price I’d pay just for one elsewhere! The products last ages too!!

I’ve been using Neal & Wolf products for years now as this is what my hairdresser uses.
I buy the 950ml duo shampoo and conditioner bottles. If you think it’s expensive for shampoo and conditioner it’s really not, the big 950ml bottles lasts months ( I wash my hair 3 times a week using these ). They smell absolutely amazing and I often get discount codes via email from Neal & Wolf to use to so that’s an added bonus.
I placed an order on Friday lunchtime and it was delivered Saturday morning. Super service.

Firstly these products are amazing, not only do they smell great but have helped the condition of my hair enormously!
This review is regarding their customer service, I contacted them after placing an order which contained a birthday present, I needed it quickly but as it was free delivery, I didn’t have an option to upgrade to next day.
I contacted the customer service department via email and had a response from Hollie who said she would make sure my items were dispatched the same day and I received my items the next day. Truly amazing products with fantastic customer service, thank you so much!

Bought travel size harmony set to try this product on my hair which is damaged due to years of bleaching/colouring. What can I say I loved it so much bought full size products, my hair now feels so soft and shiny, am also using the blow drying mist and recommending to all my family and friends.
