This company are scammers. They took my order but I received no email verification, the telephone number doesn't work and neither does the email address.

Not a real phone number, no reply to e-mail. Something seems off.

I paid €50 for x 4 black ginger capale packs never got an email.Their number does not work and they dont reply on emails seems like a scam stay away.

This company is basically a chinese company, which would be fine but it markets itself as a european based food company. basically all of their products are not as stated. some organic fruit powders etc, its all fake industrial grade non organic freeze dried or other, not the processes that they state.

In my experience with chinese foodstuffs they tend to add synthetic flavorings etc to mimic real stuff. honestly 90% of the time i order from company like this its totally fake. i wouldnt have left this review if i didnt think it was a matter of safety

I don't think the products are what they say they are. I contacted them about inconsistencies and missing information in the product description and they have refused to answer, so they must be trying to hide something about what's actually in these supplements.

Was going to buy from this company but something dodgy going on with their reviews which makes them untrustworthy in my opinion. Pretty much all of their reviews have been left on the same days 24th/25th/27th of May, all by people leaving their first ever review on this site (one has left 2 reviews for this company) and all have Asian names - I point that out as they mention being a family run business, which is fair enough but they seem to be creating fake profiles for reviews and/or getting family and friends to do it. They also have very little following on social media which isn’t major as companies need to start somewhere but the very obvious fake reviews is really off putting, especially when people will be ingesting these products. If you want to build a customer base, and you are legit, then do it the right way by promoting on platforms, get backing by influencers, do promotions, advertising etc not by fake reviews as in the long run it’ll just damage your businesses credibility.
