Extremely disappointed with Optimum Nutrition UK. For such a well-known brand, their customer service has been appalling.

My order arrived on 15 October with the protein powder bag split open and powder spilled throughout the box. I immediately contacted customer support and provided photographic evidence.

On 16 October, they requested additional photos of the delivery label and external packaging, which I provided the same day.

Since then, complete silence.

I followed up by email again on 19 October and have still received no response. I’ve also tried calling their customer support number, only to hear a recorded message saying they’re not taking calls. I’ve even contacted them through Instagram, but they’ve ignored that message too.

It’s now 21 October, and I’m still left with a damaged, unusable product, no replacement, no refund and absolutely no update.

To make matters worse, they’ve now sent me an automated email asking me to review my experience on Trustpilot, despite not bothering to resolve my complaint.

It’s incredibly frustrating that a company can take your money but then be virtually impossible to contact when something goes wrong.

I’ve made every reasonable effort to resolve this directly, but I’m getting nowhere.

I expected much better from Optimum Nutrition. All I’m asking for is a replacement or a refund for a product that arrived damaged. It really shouldn’t be this difficult.

Best flavour protein shake

I’ve tried all other brands in everything from pre workout to whey protein powder and bars, but none like ON you’re the best.

Ordering was quick and delivery very quick.

Now become ridiculously overpriced

Always great products and delivered very quickly. I would not hesitate to use Optimum and will continue to do so!

But add some more flavours for choices (isolate )

Received a partial delivery from DPD with item missing from my order. After sending an email reply saying they were checking with logistics partner, support has completely stopped responding to any follow-up emails. Their contact number does not work at all. Expecting an update or resolution is impossible with this unresponsive support.

Delivery was next day an products are outstanding.
The only protein I’ve been able to digest within 10-15 minutes of training window without digestion issues.
Would highly recommend this product for anyone looking to take their training to the next level.

Flavour is really nice, delivery was on time.
