Something went wrong when l placed the order l guess "auto fill" put in half post code wrong. That's not ON fault still COULD NOT CALL them, Return email say "not monitored" it gives options for other emails to use of which the Eu one is incorrect! ("server not found") .. Three days later l found them on fb they answered me "a couple of days later.. THANKS GOD FOR THE DELIVERY-MAN Out of the lot (DPD clerks included say we can't change any of tge address must be done by the sender EVEN IF THAT post code was NON existing)) He was the only one who took it on himself look at "safe space" where l put the right post code and deliver.

The best protein supplement out there. Total value for money.

I have not receive the product or the refund

I’ve tried a few different protein powders but this is without doubt the best tasting one, might be a little bit pricey but more than makes up for it with the unreal taste, Delivery was super quick as well, will definitely be using these from now on.

I didn’t receive the product and can’t contact ON at all. Tried several times, trough phone calls, email, instagram, can’t manage to get a reply.
Had to open a regou d request with my bank!

The tracking id provided for DPD is an old id, to a delivery done in Nov-25. My order was placed in 08 April-26. DPD said there is nothing they can do.

I haven’t had an update since the first email confirming the order.
Had to buy the same product from Amazon to manage to get the product, it arrived the same day.

Now I’m waiting on the bank analysis to get my money back, with all evidence provided that I’ve tried contact with ON multiple times.

The product and ON service was good but the delivery wasn’t the best. The 2 protein tubs were simply put in a cardboard box with no protection. They arrived squashed and dented but luckily there was no leakages

Hi - thanks for the delivery on time . But the parcel I got is damaged and protein pack is torn - with protein contaminated as got contact with air. Could u please look into it.

Great experience as always, then and now!

Bought a couple of their shaker bottles. After a couple of cold hand washes (not dishwasher), the logos on the side started coming off. Should've just bought no brand versions and saved me 80% of what I spent. If I had known their products were of such poor quality, I could've spent much less on generic no-brand shaker bottles. Tried to support them as a brand but that's my fault...

When they finally did get back to me, they said they couldn't help me because i didn't purchase from their website and asked me to contact their third party complaints team to provide them with all these details?!

It's a lot of work to justify why their bottle is poorly made. So in short, no I won't be spending more time chasing nothing and just won't be purchasing from them again.

Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
