Unfortunately we our not permitted by U.K law to offer any products containing more than <0.2% THC to our customers.
We can see your last order was for Biscotti may we recommend a more popular strain such as White Widow or Super Lemon haze, if you are looking for high CBD content why not try our moon/ice rock.

I have contacted customer service 3 times to assist me to attempt to get a resolution and no one has replied.

You order actually wasn’t left on the street as you know when Dpd sent you the image of delivery left in (safe place)

If for what ever reason Dpd can not deliver a parcel they are allowed to leave in safe a place this is then showed as a successful delivery. We have contacted Dpd who have Informed us that no note is attached to your order details/address not to leave outside the property.
Dpd sent a 1 hour delivery time slot via email and sms that allows customers to take control of delivery if someone is not in at the time of delivery this can be re scheduled delivery to a neighbour etc.

Thank you for your review.
As you placed an order Wednesday 27th March 6:18pm this then gets processed and dispatched the next working day as stated on our website. Your order went out for delivery Thursday 28th for next day delivery or as mentioned on our website 1-2 working days delivery. If you took the time out to look at the calendar the next day was Good Friday meaning this is actually a bank holiday and not a working day followed by Saturday and Sunday again (none working days) this brings us to Monday the 1st April (Easter Monday) just to inform you this is also a classed as a none working day in the United Kingdom. Meaning your order took 2 working days to be delivered.

New to CBD.
Ordered the Amnezia and have "sampled it" well now. What i can say is, is for me personally having to give up alcohol for health reasons - smoking "non CBD" wpuld go hand in hand with a drink / for the various feelings it brings with it. However, with many years you do realise that anything that alters your state of mind in whatever way - ends up a curse be it health (mental or physical) / finance or whatever. After getting used tO CBD hemp tea flower - i can confirm it does give you a very melow "feeling" and resembles in many ways "non CBD" for those of you who may enjoy that / have enjoyed, but want to come away from that. I personally can confirm, if used sensibly, and with an accepting mind (knowing it isnt for any huge mind alterning sensation) - this might be one of the greatest things you can do for yourself. It smells / tastes amazing and clean - and after a few minutes, the calming - leveling feeling it brings buys you so much time to bring logic back into your mind and stray away from possible bad decisions. I cannot comment pain killing wise as i havent needed it for that - but for real if youre reading this, try CBD flower in general, i have ordered another strain and look forward to trying it out. Super happy - fantastic site.

I used to love this site
I used to love this site , however as previously stated they are now always out of stock with a lot of products. Also their prices are not competitive after having to look elsewhere due to the stock issues , I’ve noticed other sites do cheaper deals and offers and can also buy 1 grams so can have a few different flowers for variety instead of having to buy minimum of 3.5. I’ve tried 2 other uk sites now and the flowers were equally as good if not better. Disappointing didn’t think I’d ever leave this company.

First class product , but no communication if there is an issue
Again, for the second time in 12 months I have received my package that is considerably off the 3.5g I paid for, even in the packaging. I’m not sure how that even gets through quality controls.I have used Natural Strains for about a year, multiple orders a month and the majority of those experiences have been great, 5 stars every time. what lets them down is the support team, In terms of replies to emails or negative feedback. The previous issue was never resolved, I received no apologies or no response to multiple emails and a review. Granted I have only emailed them today with this current issue so hopefully an email and a review may prompt a response. That being said the product itself is first class, it is great for dealing with anxiety and I don’t know where I would be without it. So this review is for the service only, the product gets 5 stars every time.
Ps delivery times are great, 1-2 day turn around in reality I would give it three stars on this occasion but bumped down to 2 stars to hopefully receive a response .
Update- still no response to my email and no response to my review, although I do receive an email every day to remind to review. I think I will shop around a bit and try some other CBD stores. It’s a shame as the product is great. I wouldn’t let my bad review put anyone off using them,of the 50 times I have used them 48 have been fine.
