The weights of the food are less than…
The weights of the food are less than they should be... they cover this by saying some tubs can be less.. I contacted them with photos...Ellie responded with a email saying the e on the weight label covers this... I have used natural instinct for over 6 years and it's only been the last few months... I am now weighing each tub with the lid off... the tub without the lid weighs 21g..my tub this morning... excluding the weight of the tub was 465g...this is under the legal limit.... the tub for this evening is 486g... I have reported to trading standards as out of 3 out of 4 tubs are underweight so far...

Hi Kris,
We’re sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the weights of your products and we completely understand why this would be frustrating, particularly as you’ve been using Natural Instinct for over six years.
We take concerns around product weights very seriously and would like the opportunity to investigate this thoroughly with our team. We’re also sorry that you feel your previous response did not adequately address the concerns you raised.
As you have mentioned that you have photographs and have been recording the weights of the tubs. The quality assurance team will look into this asap.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and would like to work with you to properly understand what has happened.
Kind regards,

The food is excellent
The food is excellent, however it takes time for the dog to get used to it. So perseverance is key. Next day delivery doesn’t happen and is very expensive unless you buy 10kg to get it for free. Have also found raw food cheaper locally without delivery costs.

Hi Jane,
We’re really pleased to hear that you think the food is excellent and that, with a little perseverance, your dog has been able to get used to it.
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve been disappointed with the delivery service and the associated costs. We understand that delivery charges can be an important consideration, particularly when there are local alternatives available without those additional costs.
We really appreciate you sharing such honest and detailed feedback. We’ll certainly take your comments regarding delivery times and pricing on board as we continue to review our service.
