They didn’t have my exact special Continental tyre to replace the punctured one for my Volvo XC90 (but neither did Volvo) and instead:
- they were able to inspect the tyres within 30minutes of me arriving on a Saturday morning
- gave lots of helpful tips and support
- had 3 technicians working in the tyres and the car
- put various phone calls in with other tyre centres and have honest and helpful views about them and their supply
- found one with my exact tyre in Thames Ditton
- were totally polite and courteous throughout
- despite spending 45mins and squeezing me in on a Saturday morning, did not charge me for their time and effort.

Avoid technicians do not inspect your wheel resulting in new trye needing replacing again after 9 days

Shocking! Phone up to do a price match which is clearly advertised on their website and the garage just turn around and say no we can't do it. The best prices are on our website! What is the point in advertising a price match if they don't want to abide by it! They certainly won't be receiving my business! I then phone another National Tyres garage and they say they are too busy to talk to me.

Thank you so much to Matthew and the team. I hope I've got the right place, it said Halfords on the door but I know it was this before. Superb service and dealt with an extremely het up customer who was in at the same time as me in a very professional manner. Will go there again for my MOT

The manager Matt went above and beyond what I expected when I had to change my battery. Although the appointment made online should have been at Halford's retail it sent me to the Woodbridge road garage where Matt was superb in his customer service.
Will definitely use them again.

Had a Halfords gift card but was unable to use it even though clearly says when booking now Halfords auto

Wrong tyres delivered to depot so I had a completely wasted journey

They fitted new tyres on my car as ordered, on time. It was the start of the Bank Holiday weekend, and they were experiencing a lot of customer demand, but they were courteous, friendly and efficient.

A last minute decision to change a slow puncture tyre was dealt with promptly. Supply + fitting arranged for the following day. All done in 15mins. Great service and smiling staff. Makes such a difference!

Simple, quick and easy to use website.

Got money back because they couldn't fix my issue, but happily diagnosed it and suggested how I could fix it most cheaply.

Had my car booked in for my tyres to be changed. guys on the counter really polite, and they called as soon as it was done and when I went to collect had a load of warning lights came on and one of the guys - Matt stopped what he was doing came out had a look,reset all the sensors for me took my car out on the road and back again as I was reluctant to drive it and sorted it all for me

I entered all the details to get the discounted MOT rate of £38.39 and when the payment was taken it cost £45? Your letter said that I would make a saving of £16.46?

bad staff. poor quality of service. don't lose your time going there

Nothing against the centre personally, entirely the fault of the website/web team for this review.

Booked the car in for a 4 wheel alignment as I believed the rear left in particular was toeing in. Did this online, selected this branch as available with an 8:30 slot, paid, got an email confirming everything was booked.

Arrived ten minutes before 8:30 as advised via email, they don't open until 8:30 so just stood around for ten minutes, wouldn't really be that annoying but I was then told they can only align the front wheels at this centre and I needed to rebook elsewhere. As this was now nearly 8:45 obviously nowhere else was going to have an 8:30 booking and it was a Friday so now it's the weekend.

So a completely wasted trip this morning and now waiting for a refund from the online team. If I'd known this I wouldn't have booked here (obviously) and not wasted an hour this morning without resolving the problem.

Again, nothing the guys there could do about it, if they can't do it, they can't do it, but it would be nice if the website didn't let me book something they can't do.
