I had an excellent experience with National Tyres in Ealing. The tyre service provided was top-notch, with clear guidance throughout and free additional checks that added great value. The technicians demonstrated exceptional knowledge and skills, ensuring everything was handled professionally and efficiently.
A special mention goes to Antonio, the manager, who was extremely courteous and went above and beyond to resolve an issue with the wrong tyres being ordered. He promptly provided a solution, turning what could have been a hassle into a seamless experience.

Fixing new tyres
I will not recommend this site to anyone in the future.
1. After paying for the tyre replacement, I did not receive a letter with information about the payment, what day and time I have the tyre replacement.
2. The postcode shows a completely different location than the address of the service centre.
3. I arrived at the specified time, but the manager refused to replace the tyres at the specified time.

Trying to get your tyres repaired at National Tyre
I initially booked an appointment a week in advance for the Ealing branch - even though I had an email confirmation, the branch claimed they had nothing in their system and tried to suggest there might be more than one National Tyre branch in Ealing??? I do not think I have ever witnessed three less interested employees ever.

When i arrived i ve been told that the guy who supposed to be doing it called sick i should come back next day first thing in the morning
I went back next day the other guy was surprised why did his collague reschedule because there is no one who can do it..as im working nights this “missunderstandig” messed up two days for me at work.
I asked for cancelling and the guy said i will speak with the manager who can do it..And i havent received any phone call or email about it
Tried to call the main number no answer but music, live chat no answer.. very bad experience

The best in the business. The team in Ealing work really hard to deliver exceptional service to their customers. Completely reliable and trustworthy team that aim to deliver value and expertise every time. Special shout out to Matt for going above and beyond to find me a part on eBay and saving me £100s of pounds at the car dealership service centre.
