Worst delivery. I've been waiting for my parcel for 4 days and it hasn't arrived. You send me an SMS every morning, wait for TODAY And every evening - sorry, we couldn’t get through. BUT you never called me. Why do you promise me delivery every day???? 300761208

I placed an order 10 days ago and have been in constant contact with customer service, who repeatedly promised delivery each day but never followed through. It feels like they are making excuses and not valuing their customers. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. I strongly advise against dont do any service with them

worst delivery company i have ever see in Saudi Arabia. very very bad service, bad delivery representative. they don't care about your package. it has been 05 days still not receive my package.

One of the worst delivery services. They are always late. status update are not frequent. THeir call center provide wrong information, and their website sometimes doesn't work.

Awful delivery service. Dates of delivery and messages are often inaccurate.

Very bad service . It take 2 days for delivering the parcel . And still not yet delivered and no sign when it will be delivered .

This company is a very irresponsible company. Because how can a company that is delivering drugs together with drug dealers be a good company? This is full proof of what I said above. My friend has ordered a health supplement. But it is a steroid drug. When we checked the full details of the sender, he was doing all this with a fake ID. After that when we looked at the top of the parcel, his full address name any contact number was not written on the top of the parcel too. Because wherever something has to be sent anywhere in the world, the full details of the sender are written first, then the receiver's details are written, but this is not the case here.

WORST EVERRR. they delivered my order to a wrong address. Amazon pls stop dealing with them. I received an email that my order has been delivered but actually I didn't receive it, nor did I receive a call from delivery agent, I only received a msg that my order is with naqel. Then on next day I received a call from the person who received my order by mistake (luckily he turned out to be a good person) he found the order at his doorstep, apparently the delivery agent dropped it and rang the bill then ran away, didn't even wait to check if order is received by the correct person. And worst of this all, they're insisting that they delivered to the correct address. Now I have to go and collect my order by myself from the wrong address. Thank you very much "naqel" for your extremely bad service :)

Very slow in delivery compared to other international services. Even after contact call center they are not delivering as agreed.

Delivery drivers playing games with customer items paid for with money, they ask for location and won't respond to messages later. I had to stay home expecting the delivery no response from delivery driver. Apparently he told parent company bad address. Delivery still not made. Reading reviews it looks like a culture

Amazon should stop using this Naqel Express.. My order should had come 3 days ago..
Day 1, the delivery driver message me in the morning and asked me to send him the location even though he got my full address.. I shared it, and yet he didn't deliver..
Day 2, different driver same experience.
Day 3 (today), same experience asked for location and around 10:00pm finally I got the package.

Worst courier ever. I requested for a return of my order from Cider and they messaged me two weeks after. I have never seen a courier company this slow. Never dealing with this company ever again.

They have the laziest drivers and a bunch of liars!

I am online seller and I have work with Naqel Express, They are best among other express delivery company for COD & delivery on middle east market

Zero communication except daily fake delivery message
Drivers lies and say called you but you didn't answer
Drivers can call you late in the evening saying they arrived and you should come to pick up your delivery

Absolutely Horrible Logistics Company in Saudi Arabia.

The drivers who deliver will lie and send an SMS to your phone saying they attempted to deliver your items several times.

They do not contact you, they do not confirm your delivery.

They do not even bother to deliver then send you an SMS stating that you have failed to answer your phone or were not at the address.

You are then forced to reschedule and call their call centers to rebook.

This happens every single time I have had a delivery with Naqel Express.

What a shame AliExpress use them so frequently for their deliveries.
