Transaction completed same day using PayPal. 1 week later no item and no response to emails. Finally they replied stating no UK stock and may take a month to deliver. Refund requested. Cost me just over £100 due to PayPal exchange rates. Avoid this company!
I am a Nanrobot fan and proud of it, I own 3 scooters from the company.
D6+ 1.0 which I brought new from a local (european) reseller back in 2021, D6+ 2.0(2023) and Lightning(2022) that brought directly by their own site.
My D6+ 1.0 which I did not by directly from them came with defected controller (tough times with ICs, quality control is more important than ever) they had no obligation to help me out because it was the resellers job but without even asking they shipped directly from China new pair of controllers no questions asked, that's the mentality of a company that I would support, I worked with various high end audio companies like Apogee, AMS Neve, UAD, etc, I wouldn't expect to be surprised by a Chinese Electric Scooters company but I did.
I am very impressed by the dedication to their customers and products, if you follow Nanrobot on social media you can see by yourself, I am not the crazy one!
Seems that happy customers don't review much (like me) but negative reviews are skyrocketing...
EDIT.: I forgot to say something about their scooters, one word, AWSOME!
Me and my wife bought 2 nanrobot D4+3 matching scooters a little over a year ago, 103 miles on one and 104 on the other, one of the batteries is shot/defective in one of the scooters and the other is perfectly fine, both used the same, charged and stored the same,customer service said they won’t do anything for me that I have to buy a new battery $690 half of the price of the scooter!? I don’t understand why they won’t let me return the defective battery? I have done research and I am one of the many people with this same problem!!! People buy from another company!!! One that uses LG batteries save yourself!, ONE BIG HEADACHE!!! Wish I would have read the reviews before I bought NANROBOT!!!
Be careful purchasing from this site. I tried returning a wheel because I purchased the wrong one and they charge you for shipping both ways plus a % of the sale. They charge you so much I thought about keeping something I could not use.

j' ai eu une mauvaise expérience avec NANROBOT.FR, j'ai commandé un accélérateur avec display car j'ai cassé celui de ma LS7+. J'ai recu le display mais pas l'accélérateur. Ai envoyé plusieurs mail pour le réclamer mais aucune réponse de leur part. Je pense donc que le suivi après vente n'est pas bon.

I will be suing this company because it set my hand and my scooter on fire. I have both of my chargers unplugged lying on my floor I plugged my charger into the first hole and then plug the second charger which is the turbo charger into the other hole and it burst into flames in my hand and underneath my scooter as if I performed a magic trick. Some of the flame sends my eyebrow and eyelashes because I was looking to where I should place the chargers I never plugged the chargers into the wall before plugging them into the unit so I do not understand why my scooter just burst into flames it has to be something mechanical with the batteries because this should not have happened also I noticed when putting my chargers close to the input holes they create a spark which is very unusual this scooter has been given me nothing but problems since I have ordered it flats are constant and I'm constantly ordering inner tubes at one point they were sold out so I know that many people are having the same issues with the pinching of their setup I am ready to return this scooter or sell it I will never order from them again
Do not purchase scooters from nanrobot. The metal around the folding mechanism broke right off as I hit the breaks. Went flying thru the air, got hurt real bad, could have died.
The scooter was only 2 years old, and a season without snow is only 5 months in sweden.
It's a manufactorer issue, cheap construction. You might die.
If I could give no stars I would. This company are THEIFS. Do not order from here. These people are so rude and unprofessional on a nother level. I ordered a scooter which was left out side my front door on the main public eye!!! The scooter was stolen. I was unaware the scoter was even out for delivery as there tracking system was down!!! So they was unaware and then they told me it wasn't delivered, then they me it was they showed me a picture of a huge box outside my front door all day. They sent me another scooter out as they didn't know were the other scooter was they said if other one turns up just refuse it (that's before they got picture of it being outside my door on main veiw all day)!!! But then they found out the original one was delivered and told me to send it back as they would be sending me another invoice for second scooter but I explained I never got the first scooter!!!! And they NEVER EVER GAVE ME A PENNY BACK which was over 1200 AND THEY IGNORED MY EMAILS AND WAS SO HARD TO GET A RESPONSE AND WHEN I DID THE PERSON WAS SO RUDE. I EVEN GOT CRIME REFERENCE NUMBER AND SENT THEM IT. I SHOULD OF JUST KEPT THE SECOND SCOOTER AND NOT BEEN HONEST TO SEND BACK.
Terrible, rude and basically useless online support. I was down to two choices for a scooter, with their NANROBOT X4 2.0 being in the lead, I was chatting with an "LD" on their live agent chat, asking questions about standard and peak power when the chat ended very abruptly... after I tried to clarify a response. I thought maybe because I was on my mobile, so I tried again on my computer and the same agent did it again! ...after denying that they ended the previous chat. I emailed their customer service team, thinking maybe they had a rogue team member... never heard back.This experience quickly drove me to purchase the other scooter. So happy that I avoided buying a product from this company.
Absolute T****...Wanted to ask.for advice for a weight difference in the Nanrobot X6, Official website says 25kg, other websites and Nanrobot facebook page say 15kg, All I wanted was a straight answer instead I was told to sign up to a cashback site to get my answer!! W*F.. one simple question and I have to sign up to cashback site...The to top of off the person replying to my messages from nanrobot doesn't know what products they sell..not a very good confidence builder and told me to look on the website to get my answer despite me telling them their site and facebook have two different answers for weight!! A**holes I have no faith in nanrobot after my last scooter from them turned up damaged in a box and has been used despite saying its brand new and boxed. Con artist !! Avoid better scooters on in the market with companies that want to help and appreciate the customer!!
This product is way to expensive for this bad of customer service.
After 2 months of driving sparingly in Chicago the wire broke and the wheel came off while riding on a flat paved road. I contacted customer service and they gave no solution or sorry but said they won’t exchange it.
So every couple months this 2,000$ product will break and they will refuse to help.
