Fraud
Fraud. It’s pretty obvious all this company does is offer vouchers for completing a sale through their link. They then gain the commission for the sale (which will be more than the value of the voucher) and simply do not give out any vouchers that are promised, so they get to keep the whole of the commission for YOUR purchase rather than lose some of it by giving you the voucher.
I booked a holiday using their link and after almost 6 months received a email saying the travel company had declined the voucher. I have been in touch with the travel company and they have told me they approved the voucher. So it is myvouchercodes that are withholding the voucher to increase their profits.
Totally fraudulent.
Received a message from Charli saying they were investigating why the voucher was “declined” but have since heard nothing. If I don’t receive my voucher in the next few days I’m reporting them to trading standards.
In stark contrast I was offered a voucher from Talktalk for renewing my contract with them and as soon as the 30 day cancellation period ran out I immediately received my voucher from giftcloud.
EDIT AFTER REPLY:
Funnily enough after leaving this review I was contacted via email basically saying ‘oh yeah sorry it was actually approved… however you can’t claim it until 90 days after your holiday’ what a load of rubbish, it still says declined in my account. I contacted the travel company myself and they said it’s 90 days after booking confirmation so I should have my voucher by now. This ‘company’ are scamming people, don’t use them.

Disgusted with poor service
Disgusted with poor service, promised rewards are never sent, several times I’ve had to chase up the vouchers owed. I am very unhappy, followed instructions yet several months later waiting for my £30 Amazon voucher. As usual excuses are being given to opt out of providing the voucher!

Tried to apply 5% discount at checkout as per the voucher that was shown as valid on the day. It was rejected.
No customer services to highlight the problem.

Very bad experience
Very bad experience, ordered my Virgin Media bundle through myouchercodes, six months later still no cash back, fobbed me off to Virgin Media when emailed, don't even pretend to help.
DON'T BOTHER WITH THEM.

Failure to standby offer.
MVC offered a £10 m & s voucher if you clicked link and ordered above £70 on QVC. I did this and then received an email stating could not have the £10 reward as i did not achieve the £70 minimum spend which i did. I emailed confirmation and challenged this but zero response after several emails. Had I have known this i would have bought the item elsewhere slightly cheaper. I am not sure what MVC receive from QVC but certainly seems false to me by not standing by what they state. Very fishy and would recommend avoiding any such offers as obviously not a decent
and honest organisation to deal with.

Did not receive my energy reward for £70
Purchased energy reward for £70 did not receive. Emailed customer service sent in payment evidence, supply confirmation and still not received. Not a good experience overall to your customers

I found a really really useful code for…
I found a really really useful code for a retailer, I took my time to email MyVoucherCodes and the response was
"Unfortunately we only accept new retailers by an affiliate network"
What they are saying there is they only want people on their website if they are making money, its a shame really as the site would be more useful if they had more retailers on there, I understand they need to make money but having codes where they don't make money would increase the MyVoucherCodes brand awareness and trust.
Seems like a poor practice and I'll stay away from them from now on.
