This company scammed me for over $20,000. I had to hire a local attorney to fix the mess.... it has been awful. If you go to their website, you will see a fake trust pilot score of 5.0 that should have been my first clue! They are highly sophisticated! They impersonated the USPTO and sent me fake trademark documentation. They told me a Canadian company had filed a cease and desist against me and sent me a fake email impersonating a USPTO official telling me I had to file an additional logo application and international applications for both to the tine of $18k in the next 5 days and all with the cease and desist would go away and I would get both trademarks approved in less than a month. I am super busy, and I did not want to be sued. The official documentation looked real. They came back at me for another $4k to "get my official paper copies internationally" and something told me this was not right. I went to the USPTO official website and realized that a USPTO examiner had not even been assigned to review my application!!!! And boy was I pissed. I am still working with my credit card companies to get reimbursed. PLEASE DON'T BE FOOLED! PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE!!!!! I wish I could go after them and take them down and take their website down. This has been so incredibly stressful as I was in the midst of starting up a new company.

They take money and don't perform as they say they will. I called the USPTO and they, too, told me this company is a scam. They tried to get me to spend thousands on "attestation fees" that are not even needed for a trademark. Anyone reviewing them that says good things must be a bot. I have entire chat transcripts and emails to prove what I'm saying. They charged me for TWO filings with FIVE classes in each filing. The USPTO only shows ONE class in each filing. Then "Sean Allen" tried to extort Attestation Fees in the amount of $4500. I called the USPTO and they told me this is a scam. There's no such thing as Attestation Fees. Now they're threatening me with abandoning the filing.

This company is a scam. I have obtained many trademarks over many years and they tried to rip me off for around $850 in unnecessary services the US trademark office does not require. They take advantage of uninformed people and use documents with the USPTO office seal to make it look legit. The USPTO agreed that they are overcharging. You can generally run through the USPTO office online application wizard to obtain a trademark. "The cost to file a trademark application with the USPTO varies, but a new base fee of $350 per class will be effective January 18, 2025." This company will try and convince you that you need to get multiple classes covered (for $350 each class plus the company's fees) when you probably don't need to. Decide on what you need -- either products and/or services, and what classes or categories of products/services you want to protect. It's easy to look up.

You can save thousands of dollars and be fully protected. Stay away from this company and others like them. Apply yourself.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! My Trademark Zone is a predatory company preying on people that are inexperienced with trademarking. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!! DO A GOOGLE SEARCH "MY TRADEMARK ZONE SCAM" AND SEE FOR YOURSELF!! I promise you will regret having any type of involvement with this company. They will harass, threaten, and call non-stop until you give them more money. All the good reviews are fake, which is why there are so few of them but their website claiming they've filed hundreds of thousands of trademarks for clients. I pray this review helps some people not get robbed and harassed.

this company is a scam they have no footprint on the internet their phone numbers like Sean Allen 786-396-9286 is a scammer phone number beware. they tell you to pay for 3 to 4 classes for your trademark. they are not on linkedin. They say they have offices in Texas and California, no record of a office or employee names. These reviews on Trust pilot are fake

ALL BS and nonsense these folks are i aske dthem to connect to a representative they ask me to rate them first ,,, ALL BS and fake reviews and bunch of scammer .Stay away
