Orthorecover 

I ordered from Orthorecover but never received an email confirming my purchase. I haven’t received the merchandise either.

No communication from this sketchy vendor. What they advertise is nothing like the cheaply made garbage they send. It’s called bait and switch tactics. This fraud company needs to be prosecuted for retail fraud!!

Absolutely no level of support in sending a return back. They even had the gall to offer me a 15 percent discount on future orders. Who, in their right mind, would ever order ANYTHING from this sorry (.ss) company who couldn't care less.

Please beware! I would give a no star review if I could. The dresses I received were poor quality and not anything like the photos on the web site. I tried to return them for a full refund. The company refused to give me an address to return stating the shipping to China would be more than the purchase! Then came I placed a claim with PayPal . The company offered a 40% refund and Pay Pal denied the claim because I did not reply with-in 3 days. The dresses are too “crappy” to even donate. Please beware of this company.

I would certainly give this company a minus one star! They are totally unreliable. The dress I ordered bore no resemblance to the one in the picture nor was the fabric of the product even close to what they say. Due to the distance and the cost of postage, it is prohibitive to try and send the merchandise back. You are stuck! You are hung! You are cheated out of your money! They will do nothing for you! This has been going on for a few months now and the end result is.

Not 100% sure of the date it has been so long with so much back-and-forth and no resolution except that I am out the money!
You ask for the date. It was definitely July of this year. I believe it was July 7.

Like many others, I have had a horrible experience with orthocover. I ordered two tops, same size, different colors. They got the colors right, but sent two different sizes, neither one fit. I also ordered a pair of sandals that were supposed to be “orthopedic” level, but are so wide they are dangerous to walk in. They offered me a 15% discount, which I declined as I can’t wear any of the items. They said it’s too expensive to ship items back ( to China), so their final offer was 20% refund. I took it because I believed that was better than nothing! I’m out almost $90. I guess it will only be $72 IF I get the 20% back.
I had no idea this company was in China. Learned a tough lesson to do more research before buying ☹️

NO NO NO!
Same experience as most of the other reviews on this site. Ordered a pair of shoes; received wrong size wrong color wrong style. Ordered a 100% cotton dress; received a polyester piece of crap that feels scratchy and looks cheap and ugly.

Contacted the company and was told that it would be too expensive to return… They would give me a 10% refund. Responded that I wanted a full refund because I had received the wrong products. Then offered a 15% refund, which I also rejected and insisted on a full refund. The company no longer responds.

Wish I had read these and the many other reviews exposing the sham business practices., But I’ve learned a good lesson.

DO NOT BUY FROM ORTHORECOVER, UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY

Dresses look very pretty and advertised as cotton material. Actual material is 95% polyester on the tags in the dresses. Not worth the price.

I like the style and colors of their dresses. On website, the dresses are described as made of cotton. It took pretty long to get my order of three dresses, 3 1/2 weeks. When they arrived, they were labeled as 95% polyester and 5% elastane. NOT COTTON!! I tried them on and it felt like wearing a plastic bag. So disappointed. Their emails are so friendly. I requested a refund. I sent all the documentation they required, photos of 3 dresses and SKU codes, shipping label, and still they would not issue a refund. I was told to give the dresses to someone in need. Or pay $20 return shipping. VERY UNPLEASANT TO DEAL WITH, A SCAM, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I'd give them a zero if I could.

This vendor is dishonest. The products do not match their ads and the return/refund policy is bogus. This is a chinese vendor engaged in fraud.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering 2 dresses for the first time.Did not realize the company was based out of USA.
The website is a complete hoax and the business is a total sham.
The 2 dresses I ordered were supposed to be 100 %cotton. They were instead made with 100% cheap polyester with the color being off to from the pictures. They were really cheap looking and the fabric felt very uncomfortable next to my skin.
I received the parcel 4 days ago on 7/ 18 and immediately send the customer service a message with my reasons for returning the dresses. Last 4 days I have sent about 6-8 messages but no response.
I don’t think they have any intention of honoring their returns and refund clause.

This company is the worst of the worst. They blatantly state that they will answer your emails within 24 hours. I have sent 5 emails in the last 10 days and have heard NOTHING! All I was asking for was an exchange.

This entire website is a hoax and a scam. I foolishly ordered a dress that was advertised as cotton. A hideous 100 percent polyester dress was delivered and they refuse to refund. The chatbot amswering wmail complaints was clearly just a way to dodge the complaint.

They use a classic bait and switch. Advertise their dresses as 100% cotton and they are cheaply made badly printed 100% polyester as their tag says. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.WARNING they are cheats.

Do not buy from this company. They are dishonest in the description of their products and then refuse to accept returns even though it states clearly on their website that they allow returns. I ordered 2 dresses from them which were described as 100% cotton. When they arrived the tag inside said 100% polyester and they also felt completely synthetic to the touch. I requested a return which they refused, offering me $15 as compensation - the dresses and postage cost me nearly $100. Complete fraudsters.

VERY DISAPPOINTED BAIT AND SWITCH
I ordered 2 dresses that were stated to be 100% cotton and textured. What I received was 100% polyester over print and stamped pattern. The style and cut is similar but not the same as the pictures that were shown. The invoice had no tracking number. It took days for the company to respond and supply one when we reach out to them. They came from China and appear to be knock offs. I would highly discourage purchasing these products based on what is shown and the quality and style actually received. I would put this on par with Temu and SHEIN. Beware. I am in the process of requesting a refund. I was very excited about what the dresses appeared to be as represented and VERY disappointed by the actual product. I also wear natural fibers only to reduce over heating. When I tried these on in the house in air conditioning, I instantly heated up. Do Better!
