Esperienza pessima. Sondaggi interrotti, quelli che riesci a concludere non ricevono l'accredito e quello che è peggio è che sto cercando di eliminare il mio account, ma me lo impedisce, mi da il messaggio "page not found". L'help center non risponde. Qualcuno ha qualche consiglio per favore?

Una stella è troppo .Quoto quanto hanno detto prima di me.

Una truffa!! Ti fanno portare a termine sondaggi anche lunghi per poi terminare dicendo che non rientri nel profilo. E mi è successo per tutti i sondaggi che ho completato senza mai ottenere una sorta di compenso!! Ti fregano, ti fanno rispondere, si prendono le risposte per le loro ricerche di mercato ma poi ti danno il benservito!!
Mai più!! Spero che presto eliminino queste truffe 'autorizzate'!!!

Da che mi sono iscritta, i pochi sondaggi che arrivano si interrompono a metà e ti dicono che non sei ció che stanno cercando (o qualcosa del genere), in pratica acquisiscono un sacco di dati senza dare niente in cambio...

MySurvey is dishonest and highly offensive. I completed surveys faithfully for nearly eight years, and every time I tried to redeem my points, I received the due rewards only after sending one reminder after another for months. It gave the impression of a sleazy backstreet trader with no money who would always promise that the cheque would be in the post tomorrow. Against my better judgment, I persevered with these underhand methods because I needed the extra cash, and also there was a trap I repeatedly found myself in: every time I thought about leaving, by the time I got my reward voucher I had accumulated more new points than I was prepared to throw away, so I would press on with yet another round of surveys. The last straw was in 2018 when I was sent a "lifestyle survey", far more complicated than usual, page after page of tedious questions about my daily life. It took hours to do, and when the progress chart showed 95% complete, I was screened out. Endless emails were ignored, and finally I was told that I would not receive the reward because I had not completed the survey, but we can be sure they would still use the data I had provided in a survey that was all but finished. MySurvey is incapable of dealing with the simplest of technical issues, but this was more than incompetence, it was dishonesty. I sent further emails asking to be treated fairly, but all I got was impudent and hurtful replies, so my advice to anyone thinking of joining this fiasco run by pipsqueaks is: DON'T, and to those who are trapped in endless problems like I was, I say leave now; you won't benefit from staying on, in the hope they will suddenly improve, or - dare I say it - treat you with courtesy. Courtesy is not within the ability of this nasty survey panel.

All'inizio andava bene, poi ho iniziato ad avere problemi con l'accesso, non mi hanno pagato 10 euro anche dopo aver segnalato la cosa. Pessimo

client depuis des années sur mysurvey , ensuite basculement sur lifepoints , au début aucun soucis mais depuis 4 mois impossible de me connecter et le help center ne m apporte aucune réponses à part leurs phrases types , comment faire alors pour récupérer mes points gagnés.

I've completed many surveys over the last few years with mysurvey & accumulated a lot of points. Without any warning they have closed my account for no reason. I have written to them without receiving any answers & now think this is the biggest scam. UPDATE: After many emails to Lifepoints & enquiries 're points cancelled I have now received my e-voucher. My advice - don't give up keep on to them & follow their instructions.

Era un bel sito di sondaggi. Da quando ha cambiato il nome del sito.. lasciamo perdere. Mi hanno cancellato l'account per inattività, quando sono stati loro a cambiare il sito e a non mandarmi più email. Adesso mi dicono che il mio account non esiste più e sembra che non possano riattivarlo.. mai più!

Biggest scam ever! They closed my account and accused me of fraud. When i asked what fraud I committed they refused to provide an explanation and stripped my account of my rewards. This is after I spent hours responding to surveys and participating in diaries where you have to enter info everyday! After searching online it appears they have done this to hundreds of users!

Sito fantastico sono iscritto da anni e mi sono trovato sempre bene e mai avuto problemi, sempre precisi nei pagamenti. Alcuni sondaggi interessanti e veloci altri un po’ lunghi e noiosi...nel complesso super soddisfatto e lo consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono una piccola entrata extra o dei buoni sconto da poter spendere su internet.

Found some surveys interesting, but I am afraid this is only one thing I liked. The panel has potential to be pure scam. When I was about to cash out for the second time, my account had become suspiciously inactive. A good many people experienced the same problem. Didn't bother though I made sure (according to some other reviews) that those people are one of those who know how to ignore a panelist. No answer. Avoid, avoid, avoid as they prefer to avoid responding.

Was giving this panel another chance after 2 years break but I spent 15 minutes on survey which was meant to be only 18 minutes long but then screened out. Clearly they are still wasting their panellist time so make sure you do not sign up to them.

Inscrite depuis de nombreuses années, tout allait bien jusqu'au fusionnement du site et nouveau nom LIFE POINTS.
En une semaine , sur 10 sondages (et pas mal d'heure à les remplir avec honnêteté et grand soin,) 0 non comptabilisés !!! chaque fin de sondage un message s'affiche ERROR SUPPORT - et comme par hasard lorsque le sondage est terminé - je pense que ce site se fait un maximum d'argent sur le dos des bénévoles et des pigeons comme moi. !!! et de plus, ils ne répondent même pas aux questions et aux demandes d'explication ! Je me suis inscrit sur d'autres sites et annule mon adhésion. A FUIR ces gens sont des voleurs !

wenn es Null Punkte gäbe, hätte ich das genommen!
Wie bei so vielen anderen hier wurde auch mein Konto einfach deaktiviert, weil angeblich Beweise für Verstösse vorliegen. Seit Jahren bin/war ich dort Mitglied und hab mir nichts zu Schulden kommen lassen. Da werden um die 70 € einfach einbehalten, eine Unverschämtheit!!
Vielleicht sind die ja pleite....
Hat jemand ne Idee wie man dagegen vorgehen kann?
Bei Globaltest läuft das nämlich gerade genauso ab.

I have had no response from Life Points since the conversion. I have over $100 in points that I can not access. I have filled in their form five times and received no response.

I have over 2500 points that I cannot get. I have written to Lifepoints over 5 times and they do not answer all I want is my points to be converted to Amazon vouchers and I will be happy. If they have done this to me how many others have had the same problem ?

hat immer gut funktioniet aber jetzt , 14.03.19 keine vergütung mehr bei 4 umfragen als antwort quasi: pech gehabt
evtl wirds ja wieder besser
