Nice and easy

my 1 year subscription was cancelled with no email or communication as to why, paid for a year and now I've got nothing to show for it.
I contacted support and provided feedback with reason for purchasing their service: "the residential IPs is the main reason as I don't like having to turn off my VPN whenever I use payment providers.
The Canceled plan with no communication and no refund communication is the reason I'd like to have this subscription refunded"

Mysterium VPN offers an exceptionally great price for their 2-year plan, along with excellent residential IPs. Their support team (especially via email dispute) proved to be remarkably fair, transparent, and responsive. When my account hit an automated system flag, they handled the situation professionally, admitted their current platform limitations, and issued a prompt refund.

Important Note for Power Users & Developers:
If you intend to use Mysterium for network-level automation, failover scripts, Docker CLI setups, or dual-WAN home routers, this service is currently not designed for you. Their automated anti-fraud system is extremely rigid and will flag accounts using any degree of automated tunnel switching.

Furthermore, the service relies on CDNs for connections instead of true peer-to-peer (P2P) routing, which largely neutralizes the inherent advantages of residential IPs and makes the connections more vulnerable to sophisticated blocking.

However, for standard single-device daily browsing, it works fine—especially considering the budget-friendly pricing. Kudos to their support team for handling disputes with integrity and honesty!

Very much effective

I was surprised how good a window app it is. I am glad that there are many residental IP addresses that help me in my work. Of course, the residental IP addresses are real and not from data centers.
My warm recommendation is to buy the app because it is worth the money invested

one of the scam vpn i used by blocking account without reson i purchased vpn to secure my connection and watch streming site but each time block telling:I used a scam VPN that blocked my account without any reason. I purchased the VPN to secure my connection and watch streaming sites, but each time I tried to use it, I received a message stating:

"Due to automatic suspicion of the following, your account has received a temporary restriction:

- Account sharing
- Commercial use
- IP reputation damage
- Automated high-volume traffic or scripted usage
- Repeated IP renewals for scraping, crawling, or bypassing restrictions
- Excessive short-term use
- Use of more simultaneous connections than permitted
- Fraudulent, illegal, or exploitative use of the service."
Due to automatic suspicion of the following, your account received a temporary restriction:

I had an issue with my subscription yesterday, and I made my complaints and within split seconds, the issue was rectified, now my app is working perfectly well.

Been using mysterium vpn for about a year now and it's very reliable

Yesterday, I mistakenly subscribed to a wrong plan. I reached out to their support and got a reply within a few hours as promised. I got my subscription cancelled and refunded immediately I submitted my order number. I would rate a 4/5 because they can do better by replying within a few minutes or at most an hour.

First purchase. Cancelled and requested a refund on day 6. They acknowledged my request, then failed to refund me.

When chased, the excuses started: supposedly not my first purchase, unanswered follow-up questions, then a “non-refundable recurring payment”. This was my initial purchase, and none of those explanations matched their published refund terms.

Shady operation. I’ve opened a chargeback with my Credit Card.

Mysterium people reading this: A refund promise is worthless if your company refuses to honour it.

You are absolute con artists.

Avoid this company.

I purchased the wrong VPN by mistake and wanted to refund it. I sent an Email to the customer service and got a reply within 5 minutes and a full refund within 10 minutes. They were also very polite and friendly.
