I ordered my lamp on a Sunday and it came to my house on a Wednesday. It was what I had ordered and fit into my projector as expected.

I will continue to order my replacement lamps from the site.

Great transactions! Our church wanted to have an extra bulb for the projector we use for our worship services, so we ordered a genuine Panasonic lamp for it. It arrived promptly, packaged with care (so as not to be damaged during shipping), and was exactly what we ordered. When it came time to replace the lamp and we learned that our projector actually needed TWO lamps, we were able to order another quickly and easily, selecting to overnight it, in order to have it for services that coming weekend. The second lamp arrived in less than 24 hours, again, in excellent packaging to keep it safe. We will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them to those looking for replacement projector bulbs/lamps.

Good experience with MPL. The lamps they sell seem to be of good quality and are usually an exact fit. The lamp I ordered this time for a Mitsibushi projector was the an exact fit, but the electrical plug in portion had to be adjusted to get the lamp seated correctly. Not a big deal, but it looked to me like it came crooked from the factory, tilted down a little. However the lamp works great, and the price and service is great as well. Thank MPL we will continue to purchase our lamps from you.

The money is transferred, they hold onto it for 4 - 5 days before they confirm it and, then, have to be chased, several times, before they ship (2 days later).

Once the bulb arrives, it is the right one and in good shape.
