Fast shipping, quality parts

ProFormX Tinted Fold-Down Windshield came as described. Very well packaged for shipping. Simple installation to replace original Windshield on Club Cart.

Seat seams like a good product. Zero response from company after sending pics for a scratched arm damaged in shipping. Sad they seemed like they cared until after shipping.

Parts fit as stated and great services. Would definitely recommend this company

Overall I'm happy with the purchase. I had a pretty large order of items and they are all of good quality. It was delayed in shipping but a quick call to them got it cleared. ProFormX has some great value in products.

Only install issue I had was on the lift...there was a part assembled wrong and a washer was missing causing it to sit crooked.

The product is good quality. I would purchase again.
There is a flaw in the lower cover which I was able to get repaired at a local upholstery shop.
Overall. The materials are great and looks great. I will upload pictures when I get the cart completed.

The rear seat is awesome but the cooler/storage box lid won’t close whe the storage box is installed. I tried emailing and messaging but no response.

It was a good quality however the side grab/support bars where either overbent or incorrect link which made for difficult installation and not a good finished look.

Great price and easy install. Everything was included and it shipped fast.

I was sent the incorrect wheel and tire combo.

Shipping was okay fedex destroys boxes and some of the parts in the box were scratched and look used made it work.

The return process is difficult and lengthy at best. Very little customer service.

The majority of this order was positive. I ordered several items, seat belts, arm rests, and safety grab bar. All arrived when scheduled and was good quality.
The big issue was this: prior to ordering I had customer service check the width of the safety grab bar to make sure it was 7" or less. They told me it was 7" exactly. Perfect, that would work. When it arrived it was actually 7.25". That wouldn't work with the golf bag holder I also purchased (from a different vendor, since you don't carry them). Upon discovery of this I tried to contact customer service several ways and several times to resolve the issue. I was ignored. Several emails, phone calls, even your text chat feature. Nothing. Very disappointing customer service. I will not be ordering anything or recommending your company to anyone. The products were good... But customer service is ultimately much more important.
