I recently had some wardrobes fitted and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Ben and Chris did a fantastic job and managed to complete the entire installation in just one day, despite me expecting the work to take 2–3 days!
Both guys were polite, professional and clearly took great pride in their work. The wardrobes look fantastic, and they worked efficiently without compromising on the quality of the finish. What really impressed me was how clean and tidy they left everything afterwards.

So when it came to renovating my daughter’s bedroom I had no hesitation in requesting his assistance again. Very disappointing experience with My…
Very disappointing experience with My Fitted Bedroom.
I purchased understairs fitted furniture through My Fitted Bedroom, with the survey and installation being handled by We Fit Any Furniture.
Unfortunately, there have been several significant errors with my order. I paid an additional £500 for shaker-style doors, but plain doors were delivered instead. The doors were also the wrong size and did not fit, and two of the four pull-out shelves were supplied to the wrong dimensions.
What has made the experience more frustrating is the lack of communication and ownership. I had to chase by both phone and email to understand how the issues would be resolved, and when I eventually received a response from the installation team, there was no apology....
Instead I was told that the incorrect sizing had arisen because the understairs space had not been removed at the time of the survey. This had never been communicated to me as a requirement, either before or during the survey. The purpose of having a professional survey is surely to assess the space properly and ensure the correct dimensions are taken before the furniture is manufactured.
If the surveyor was unable to measure accurately because of the existing structure, I would have expected this to be identified and clearly explained at the time rather than the order proceeding on incorrect measurements.
The replacement doors and shelves are now being arranged, but I have been advised that the new doors will take approximately 15 working days to arrive, meaning the installation cannot be completed as originally planned and another visit will be required.
Given the amount I have paid, I expected much better quality control, communication and overall customer service from My Fitted Bedroom and the companies working on their behalf.

We completely understand your frustration, particularly given that you specifically paid for Shaker-style doors and received the incorrect door style, alongside the dimensional issues with the doors and pull-out shelves. We also recognise your concerns regarding the communication once these issues became apparent, and we accept that we should have taken greater ownership in explaining what had happened and how matters would be resolved.
For some context regarding the measurements, the survey was carried out before the planned rip-out of the existing under-stairs area had been completed. The measurements taken by our surveyor therefore had to be based on the space as it existed at the time. Once the rip-out was subsequently completed, some of those dimensions changed. We were working to a particularly tight timescale and were doing our best to keep the project on schedule; however, with hindsight, the correct course of action would have been to postpone and rebook the survey once the area had been fully prepared. We appreciate that this should also have been communicated more clearly to you.
We are currently dealing directly with you and arranging the necessary replacement doors and shelves, together with the return visit required to complete the installation. We appreciate that this means an additional wait and another appointment that you had not anticipated, and we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
Our priority now is to ensure that the correct replacement items are manufactured and that your under-stairs furniture is completed to the standard originally expected. Your comments regarding quality control, the survey process and communication have also been noted and will be reviewed with the teams involved.
Thank you for your patience while we put matters right. We hope that once the return visit has been completed, the finished furniture will meet your original expectations.

Excellent service from start to finish. The salesman (Dean) went above and beyond supporting with any questions I had after the sale and helping me with apps and the surveyor part. The installer was excellent too doing a great job and took him a couple of days. I am very happy with the finished work. Excellent quality.

The fitter Garreth arrived on time, he was extremely proficient and extremely professional. He was extremely respectful to my wife’s medical condition and worked around our needs.
This job was extremely challenging, and he dealt with it with extreme patience and dedication and nothing was too much hassle.
