Bobby was clear and transparent about the costs, working with our budget and suggesting options that would work best for us. He was also very patient in explaining the different designs and making sure we could fully visualise and understand everything before making any decisions.

Unfriendly!
Rang about wardrobes for a flat. I was initially told the minimum spend was 2,500. I rang back as changed my mind and wanted to spend that much. However, the lady now said the minimum send was 3,000. Seemed like she was disregarding because because I had a budget! Quite rude, not friendly. I rang on the 3rd August! Anyway I went with Wren fitted wardrobes! Who had an exceptional service!

The most amazing experience & outcome
Today we had the completion of our daughter’s bedroom by My Fitted Bedroom, and from start to finish the whole process was seamless.
We began by working with Dean, the designer, who really brought our vision to life. My daughter knew exactly what she wanted, and Dean helped turn her ideas into a beautiful design. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. Every conversation was helpful, and any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently.
We then had Stuart come out to complete the survey. He was lovely and made sure everything was measured and planned perfectly, ready for the installation.
Finally, Andy fitted the wardrobes, and he did an amazing job. He was a pleasure to have in our home, and we felt completely comfortable leaving him to continue working while we went about our day. His workmanship was outstanding, and the attention to detail was second to none.
The finished wardrobes are absolutely incredible and exceeded everything we had hoped for. My daughter is over the moon with them, and so are we. The beautiful doors, pull-down rails, shoe compartments, and stunning glass mirrored section all make the room feel so special.
From beginning to end, the whole experience was fantastic. We would highly recommend My Fitted Bedroom to anyone looking for high-quality fitted furniture and exceptional customer service. We’re already looking forward to planning our other bedrooms and having My Fitted Bedroom back again!

Awful - this is my second d experience with this company - first was fab - second awful fitting so messy, scratched furniture, soiled with marks, even took a chunk out of my window ledge and didn’t tell us! Complained 5 days ago and nothing resolved even though I’ve called twice a day. I’m £20k down and have a seriously sub standard product. If I could put pics on here I would - please let me know how as people need to see this. Court is next.

The end result is simply beautiful! From the design - with the help of Steve -, Adnan’s huge help (surveyor who made sure the plan was accurate and perfect) to Rob’s immaculate work to fit the wardrobe, everything was very impressive and professional. From the very first point of contact to meeting my husband and I we were given full attention and every detail answered, most of all his (Bobby Patel) recommendations that would suit us.
His professional and design to suit are needs were exceptional. He showed an sample of door that the company use. I would recommend him to family and friends that are looking to get fitted wardrobes.
