The tutor is usually on time, and I am always messaged if the tutor is delayed. He is well knowledgeable about vibrations, and willing to solve through problems with me, whether it is helping me solve (when I had no clue what to do) or having me explain my process (when I wanted to ensure I was solving correctly).

Only improvement would be that the company could double check text messages, as I once sent a message with 2 images and the company only sent 1 image (resulting in a few minutes of the tutorial not having the problem I am solving).
