I will not hide who I am...my Name is Simataa Nchindo, a student registered with Edubex in OTHM LEVEL 7 DIPLOMA IN EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT since July 2025, I completed my last assignment and submitted it to my mentor on 19 December 2025, no feedback was given until now. I was supposed to graduate in April 2026, today is April 24, no feedback was given to me. Ever since CANVAS crashed, I am unable to view my academic record. Nothing...I am in the dark. No assistance at all...my number is +264817522030.

Support of mentors is excellent and Class structure is greatly done and deliver of course was easier to comprehend with a busy schedule on going.

The support from staff was great, the classes were well scheduled and the lectures delivered content in a simple to understand way

Request for Clarification on Lessons and Feedback

I trust this message finds you well.

I would like to kindly raise my concerns regarding the mentorship program. Up to now, I have not received any link or communication regarding the lessons. In the past, we consistently received our lessons every Saturday, but lately, nothing has been shared. The only correspondence I seem to be getting are the invoices for payments that are due.

In addition, I have already submitted the assignments that were given, but unfortunately, I have not received any feedback. To ensure that my submission reached you, I even resubmitted the work again today, in case it may not have come through the first time. Still, there has been no response.

May I please request clarity on this matter? Should I be worried, or is everything in order and simply delayed? I would really appreciate it if someone could speak to me directly before I proceed with making any further payments.

Since i have joined Edubex 2023 with leadership program, I have gained more confidence in understanding ideal models in realization. Most operational understanding i have merged my strategic components and also in Risk Management makes a good sense that I comply and motivate with most assurances for operational audits and leadership performances.

The great thing bout Edubex, it is very convenient, and reliable. The class are only attended on Sunday after church and you can join at the comfort at home. The mentor are very helpful and study materials are available on canvas.

I did 2 courses. DSA and Accounting and Finance. I am most impressed with DSA. They opened my eyes to computing and demanding more from it. The assignments forced us to code and I learnt a lot from that. The instructor was eager to help and available when needed.
