Free 30-day trial and can pay after that if required. Can see whats on your Call Credit report, always good to check

Great service!

Very pleased with the help and advice I have received on the phone following receiving my report. I had a few queries and called on two different occassions and had fantastic help and guidance and I didnt feel I had to get off the phone and could continue to discuss my options - definitely would recommend!

A check on what records these people keep.

I registered ,to attempt to find out why a company ,,that I have delt with,successfully,, and still deal with ,, suddenly turned me down,,I have used this site and found nothing that is considered a problem, This led to going to other similar sites ,and finding almost word ,of,duplicates word, result I now question all these sites some of whom charge ,quite a sum ,for reports that ,seem to be of little use ,unless you have Unfortunatly got a problem, WHICH seems to be, uncorrectable, and even if it is corrected you are still (refused) with no recourse, SO for me I believe it is down to the mood of the lender at the time of your proposal,, and these companies ,will support the staff,, even if wrong, just to save face,,

Many thanks for your feedback, there are only three credit bureaus in the UK that provide credit reports and the data comes from similar sources which is why the information provided is similar. If there are errors on a credit report these can be rectified via a 'notice of correction'. Lenders will undertake a credit check prior to an application and this will show on your credit report as a search.

Use a free one instead

Use a free one instead like noodle or if you want to pay use experian. My credit monitor is rubbish and will be cancelling

Our credit reports are provided by the same credit bureau that Noddle uses so the reports will be identical. We also provide a free 30 day trial which can be cancelled at anytime.

Excellent Customer Service

I recently have had to buy a car as my mobility car will have to be returned I was dealt with by A.Z who was brilliant and talked me through the process and kept me informed at every opportunity and was able to get the whole process completed in approx. 3-4 hours this gentleman is a credit to your company and I can't thank him enough for making the process go as smoothly and easy as possible and he deserves all the credit the company can give him Thanks

Credit score

They took a lot of personal details and information, which made setting up quite long winded. Only signed up for the free month, cancellation was easy. Would use again in the future.

A necessary amount of detail

Took a lot of personal l information, which I hope they have thrown away with my cancellation. Only free - as advertised - for the first month. After that I doubt worth £14/m for most people.

really good option

MyCreditMonitor is a really good option for those not willing to pay the extortionate fees of other companies out there. Would definitely recommend.
