emergency repair electrician instead ofâŠ
emergency repair electrician instead of plumber makes contact (WRONG INFORMATION PROVIDED BY CLARION ) emergency plumber reverts job back to clarion claiming its a header valve WITHOUT EVEN VISITING TO CHECK THE FAULT no communication back from clarion so had to re enquire to be told emergency plumber will arrive between 7pm and 10pm 10.30 pm no plumber arrives told them im off to bed as have to work ..retried this a.m to find out what now to be told cant help until offices open at 10 am .. i am absoulutely beside myself of the shear incompetence this organisation displays to tenants . rent increases seem to be made with NO service when needed ,,have a word clarion this is disgusting from a supposedly large housing association ,,not to mention a kitchen scheduled 5 years ago was put on hold even after a visit to choose kitchen and decorating was asked by CLARION ,, TERRIBLE BEYOND TERRIBLE
