I'm beginning to wish I'd not bothered.
On the face of it, this is a great idea. Sadly, it hasn't worked out for me. Firstly, your quote arrives with a 'chat' field, to allow you to ask a question about the quote. Either it doesn't work or it's ignored, as my query went unresponded to. Then there's a button for you to request a callback. Either that does nothing or that too is ignored, because I received no call. Finally, if you do accept a quote, you get an automated email, saying you'll be contacted within 24 hours. I was not. I'd simply argue that, if you are going to set up a site like this, you make sure the processes work. In my case, none did. The first rule of business is not to offer products or services that you cannot deliver.
