Mybrickbox Omdömen

Amazing service from start to finish.
The hubby loves it

Not what I ordered and no response from customer service

Address was not put on the parcel meaning it was delivered late and to the wrong address.
Parcel had then been opened and passed between addresses until the correct address was found.
This meant it was late for the person it was initially bought for

Brickbox is incredible!! Such a talented lady designed a minecraft frame for my son it was so personal and he absolutely loves it even took it to school for show and tell!

Excellent product and good quality.
Delivery was easily tracked and product arrived on time.

Item produced exactly as described and beautifully presented. Some mix-ups on delivery arrangements rescued at the last moment. Aside from that, I am very happy with the service. Thanks

Thanks Lucy, absolutely brilliant 💙

Fabulous company! The customer service was exceptional, so friendly and nothing was too much ask. So pleased with my item! It came beautifully aswell! Thank you so much!

Excellent company, fantastic personal service and received the most amazing product, I couldn't have imagined how perfect it would be. So excited, as it is a wedding gift for some very special friends.
Very competitive prices too.
Thank you, cannot recommend this company enough.

Excellent product, good quality very prompt reply following a request to modify the design, lovely touch with organza gift bow to complete the look, large portfolio to choose from. Have bought 2, both for wedding presents, both greatly received by bride and groom and admired by the guests. Would definitely buy again. Thank you.

Lovely wedding present for my best friend, so well made and exactly as expected. Quick and easy service. Thank you!

We absolutely love our Brick Box! Easy and quick communication. Great quality and beautiful product. Will definitely recommend to others!

I love how personalised my frame is with all the details. Really great customer service with email communication getting all information needed and then delivered in lots of bubble wrap. Would definitely recommend

Excellent product and amazing service 👍🏻

Amazing! I'm so happy with the end product it was just what i wanted! i specified in the comments box what i wanted for clothing for the people and i got just what i wanted. Overall, great service and i would definitely recommend.

Excellent bespoke service and a quality product! Love it :)

I bought this as a wedding gift for two of my friends recently. It was beautifully made and arrived reasonably quickly and in immaculate condition. My friends absolutely loved it! Only slight criticism I have is that the emails invite you to track your order to see shipping details but I couldn't find any link on my view order page or any tracking number on the shipping notification email that allowed me to do that. As with most things, do order early if the gift is for an event like a birthday or wedding etc. I ordered just over 2 weeks in advance of the wedding (so I was cutting it very fine!) and it was delivered the day after the event.

Absolutely wonderful :)I came across this gift idea on Amazon and thought it was fantastic! The order arrived in a timely manner and I think it is very good value for money. I opened it at work and everyone around me commented on how great it was! :) The hair colours were not what I was expecting (my fault I think), but Lucy was very responsive and helpful in solving that. I would highly recommend. Thank you for a great gift and service !
