My third trip with MHT within 17 months. Most recent being in April-25 for 11 days.

Each time I had Tanveer managing the journey arrangements - with Muhammad helping out if required.

I don’t often write reviews..so this is a big deal! The overall experience of this specific spiritual journey was pretty awesome.l! 👌👏

There were some challenges to overcome on the way but the important thing is how these were addressed and communicated.

Tanveer did a very decent job and as a result he is now (inshallah) putting together 4th package for me and family - for December trip. Proof is in the pudding! Keep it up 😊

Booked through this company for umrah and was the best decision I made, at first was a bit hesitant but Mr Haris helped us through out our journey. He planned our trip according to our needs and dates. Accommodation and flights were booked and all transportation and ziyarats included. Please do book through this company you won’t be disappointed and all thanks to Mr Haris.

Alhamdulilah booked with this agency in Nov 2023 and March 2025. Haris and also the team were helpful in terms of helping us with hotels and what was convenient in terms of prices with location and hotel. Also, with flights as well - in terms of deals and budget. if you speak to them on the phone its a lot more easier to understand what sort of package you want.

Moeez was very helpful and responsive and good at communicating with me about the trip. Highly recommend him!

I met the best ever customer service staff called Zain , lovely and very helpful , he managed my packages and was extremely nice and helped me throughout the reservation and changing of the hotels process, changing dates of travel , he contacted me all the time to make sure the flights is on time and if I checked out from saudia Arabia. The experience was beautiful and I recommend it to all.

Scam. Stole my deposit

This was my first time booking an umrah package for my parents and we are very happy with the service we have received from Moeez. He was very polite, professional and friendly throughout the whole process and was very quick to respond to any queries or concerns I had at anytime.

I wanted to change the first hotels we had booked to a closer location, so it was easier for my parents to travel to the holy places, and Moeez was very understanding and happy to accommodate my request.

Alhamdulillah, my family and I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our time in both Makkah and Madinah. The entire experience was smooth and well-organized from start to finish. Nothing went wrong, and we truly appreciated the ease and comfort throughout the journey.

Always the best in everything that they do. Initially I’ve booked my Hajj during Covid but was not able to go due to the pandemic. I have since then travelled myself and my family on 2 Umrah bookings separately and cannot say 1 bad thing they’ve listened and done their best to facilitate and accommodate my family’s needs especially Mohammad Faisal. I have a returning customer with a relationship built over 5 years and travelling more then once with the same providers. Whenever I need anything they’re just a message or call away. From my personal experience I’d say they are the best at what they do.

My umrah experience 2025, this was my first time visiting the holy lands and was advised to book it myself as it is cheaper. So I did all the research and got prices for hotels, flights etc.

Thought I’d call around and see if anyone could match the prices as I was booking soo close to the date that the hotels near the land marks were fully booked or overly expensive.

I came across holy travels and not only did they price match with what I’ve seen, we had some issues with the hotels and the dates agreed but they came through with an alternative which was an upgrade at the same rates.

I then decided I wanted to travel medinah to mukka via the new train system however we already agreed upon a van for the journey which was a 5-6hr journey vs 2-3hr train ride; I expressed my concern as I do get travel sick and my mother is a bit elderly so train would be best and if he could issue me with a refund for that journey. I advised I have booked the train which was around £45 each and would not be using the van he then advised I would be getting a refund which Alhamdulilah I was not expecting.

My contact at the company was brother Awais and I would highly recommend using this agency as they saved me a lot of time money and headache.
