What can I say about Music Matter!
Very helpful and friendly, excellent service. They showcased lots of PA systems at their showroom, so I could choose the correct product. Which I bought a pair of HK polar 12. The service I received was second to none. I have recommended a few friends and they have also bought from them and where very happy with the experience. They even sorted a good set of XLR leads. Its a 5 star from me.

First time buyer - PERFECT experience
I was looking for the cheapest price on a NEW Novation Launchpad Pro Mk3 midi controller - and initially it looked like Music Matter (who I'd never heard of before) was the same price as the other major retailers - until I actually CLICKED on the link - and found it was discounted by £12 from the usual price until Midnight. However I was very worried that as they were also selling an "open box" one (for cheaper still) - and as the discounted New one was the last one in stock (which always makes me nervous...) - and because I had never heard of or used the store - that I might end up getting one that had been opened or used in some way. Fortunately my fears proved unfounded - I ordered the item after 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday - and received it with FREE delivery at Midday on Friday - in perfect unopened condition. Note - I initally thought there were scratches on the small Novation logo on the front of the item - but had read the manufacturer puts Protective film over certain parts - and when I tugged at the "scratch" it was indeed just Protective film. I was also slightly suspicious at how ANY store can get a 4.9 - but I now see why. 5 stars all round - and many thanks for the £12 discount on the last in stock item (I see the new back-ordered batch has gone back to full price since) too :-)

You just can't buy this kind of service and advice. We were welcomed in, given all the time we needed, and bought the right kit for my son. The advice, knowledge and experience of these people is off the charts. The drum kits are set up and ready to play. We tried the different ranges and with no pressure were able to select exactly what we wanted. The team really did listen to what we wanted and helped guide us on our journey. I always say support the people who can make the purchase, proffesional, personal and exactly suited to your needs. Fantastic music shop
I’d never heard of Music Matter, despite being a pro musician and teacher for many years. I stumbled across them when looking to purchase a compact PA system and they were the best price online. Price is important but isn’t everything and when I called the store to ask a few questions I was met with fantastic and knowledgeable staff. Delivery was via DPD who gave me a time slot of when to expect my order, all in all a fantastic experience and I’m sure I will be back for more goodies soon! Thanks!
