I got told that my speakers will be…
I got told that my speakers will be delivered next day when i bought them after i payed i got a call saying about a delay and that i will get them the week after i said ok it can happen it took them 3 weeks and still didn t receive what i order the guys wore really unhelpful they wore keep trying to sell me totaly djfferent brand insted from what i order and they make me pay another 160 if i want the white speakers exactly same brand but different collour and i got charged twice for next day delivery .. and the lady said i will get my money back but no call back ..

Unfortunately this is a completely inaccurate version of events Daniel. You purchased speakers that showed a back ordered ETA date originally. When this was explained to you after we spoke to point this out, we would of happily refunded you and we also offered alternative solutions as a gesture of good faith. In the end, you got the white speaker, for which the manufacturer charges a lot more, and we only offered this as they were available - at no point were you under any duress.
I trust the nearly 7000 other reviews that sound nothing like this support our position in suggesting this review is inaccurate and unfair.
More than a music store, it’s an experience.
I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. It’s frustrating because my review will not do my experience justice. I called to ask about the Native Instruments Maschine MK3 — not only did they have it, but Julie went above and beyond to guide me through everything. Friendly, honest, and super knowledgeable, she encouraged me to come in and see the gear firsthand rather than just ordering online.
When I arrived, I was welcomed like a regular and blown away by the setup. No pushy sales tactics just real advice tailored to what I needed and what fit my budget. They took the time to explain software, compatibility, DAWs, and key things I wouldn’t have even known to ask about. Shoutout to the young lad who was on the desk - what a top top guy!
I walked in unsure and walked out confident, informed, and genuinely buzzing. It wasn’t just a purchase it was a full-on experience. Something I would never of got ordering online. A real gem of a shop. If Carlsberg did music stores… this would be it.
