very fast and friendly, good price too

They could not remove the lock nuts so I had to go back the second time, when they did remove it without any special tool but a guy who was more experienced. They also charged £25 extra for that without disclosing it beforehand. They have also lost the cap from the tyre so I had to buy new ones.

Very good experience, from buying on the website, to next day tyres change. The guys in Rugby branch very knowledgeable, professional.

The service was efficient, but the customer experience left much to be desired. When I arrived, there was no acknowledgment or greeting from the staff. I was simply instructed to drop my car in the bay, which was fine. Later, when I called to the counter to make payment, the interaction felt cold—no smiles or conversation. Staff behind the counter seemed disengaged, mostly occupied with their phones. Overall, the atmosphere was unwelcoming and made for an uncomfortable experience.

Efficient, quality service. Turned up with screw in tyre. Investigated, fixed and on my way again in less than 30mins.

Great at there job,but awful customer service!!. Staff are not very welcoming no one said hello or bye,specially when I made the effort. In all just a bunch of ignorant miserable people,that's why I only go there if I can't get into another tyre place.

Good price and quick services, didn't try to sell extras like telling you your tracking is out when its actually fine. ( unlike another company on other side of town f### 1 )

Pulled up early for my appointment was got straight in by Molly who did a great job fitting my tires very quickly then came into the invoice. I was on my way in less than half an hour. Very impressed with the service from Chris and Molly.

Always great service

Reception is excellent, the manner I was received started the lovely experience. My concerns were attended to with a fair price given that I had checked prices with other garages. Also, after the work, I was given a lecture about things I didn't know about my car. Tony who worked on my car then said to me "you learn everyday". I was extremely satisfied with the work done.

I rang up on a Saturday morning and they had me booked in for four new tyres in the afternoon.

Fast service only went in to see if my tyres were road legal, they were but were very close to legal limit so decided to change them.
So can’t say anything about the pricing comparison with other tyre companies in my area.
Why have I given them 2 stars!? The reason was while I was sat waiting for my tyres to be fitted a guy came in and said that they had forgotten to do something when working on his car, and that he had gotten to London (about 100 miles) and something had gone wrong, so he had to take it to a local garage and they told him that something had not been correctly fitted and was dangerous.
My experience was they scratched and chipped one of my gloss black wheels, I didn’t notice till I had gotten home, I will not be going back to this garage again I used to take my previous car here all the time but it had steel wheels so if scratched I wouldn’t have seen that much.

Chris always looks after my car and does a great job, quick, efficient and good value. The best in town.

The gentleman at the Rugby branch was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Although Mr Tyre were not able to carry out the diagnosed repair, he offered valuable advice on how much I should realistically be paying with a specialist garage.
All of this for no charge.
