As always the rugby branch staff are very friendly and caring. They always make you feel welcome and taken care of.

Woke up to find I had a puncture (nail in tyre) so drove to Mr Tyre who was able to fit me in immediately. This was greatly appreciated as I am a carer so need my car to attend visits. Quick service, reasonably priced. Used Blue light card for discount too which was great! Thank you Chris!

Fast friendly staff. Oil and filter change. Depot clean for a tyre and service garage. Would use again and recommend.

First class service as always which is why its my goto for tyres and servicing.

Highly recommend mr tyre, been using this garage for 11 months and cant fault them at all.
All staff are welcoming & funny, chris goes above and beyond for me, as ive had many issues with my car, I dont really like going elsewhere and I trust them with my car as once the repairs are done ive had no issues after with said repair.

Absolutely awful experience.

From the moment I walked in I was clearly a hassle. Apparently I was due at 8.30am fair enough but I had an email stating 9am drop off.

I asked them if I should come back another day and he went on to say no but when you are not here on time you wreck my schedule for the day putting us all behind - Absolutely disrespectful manner in which he spoke to me.

I then asked about adding a service and even said IF they had time - brake check and aircon check and asked if they were free or if not, what the costs are. The guy again treated me as if I was stupid to not understand the different services with aircons and brake checks, because I asked him politely to explain.

Nonethless, after this I was told "bring it to bay 1".

I went back to my car feeling quite upset about how rude he was in talking to me the way he did. Contemplating if I should cancel and go elsewhere, Chris then stood by Bay 1 and looked over to the other guy in the office and said "She is obviously in no (F)**** rush"

That's when I thought, not a chance are they touching my car. Took my newly bought tyres and left.

I will NEVER go back and I will ensure I tell as many ppl as possible to AVOID Mr Tyre Rugby at all costs.

I went to Mr Tyre in Rugby for a fault with one of my tyres/wheels. They inspected to said fault and pin pointed the cause to be a faulty valve. They done a brilliant job all round, used them before and will continue to use them.

Only had an oil and filter change but all done in the time slot and at a good price.

Absolutely fantastic service! They did a great job on my BMW x6 . Really helpful, honest and trustworthy. Friendly manager and deputy. I couldn’t ask for anything more and will be using them from now on. Just recommended them to some friends as well. Defo the best Garage ive been to.
