Sent away in an illegal condition
The price was slightly higher than expected compared to the price quoted for each tire when I booked.
The engineer sheered off one of my bolts, and so only replaced two of 3, sending me away stating it is fine to drive, even with 3 bolts missing from 3 of the wheels! One on each wheel. Upon getting home and looking into this, I was potentially uninsured and driving illegally.
Very unhappy with the service!

Svar från Mr Tyre Ltd - Nottingham (Carlton Road)
Dear Mr Youles
We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed. Your wheel nuts broke on removal making it impossible to refit them. We did explain this at the time. We have contacted you directly to discuss further.
Kind regards
Mr Tyre Team
Very professional !
This was my first experience at this garage as I had my 4 tyres fitted. The gentleman Will was lovely, professional and told me when to come back. I've checked the tyres afterwards - no issues whatsoever and I could not be happier! Highly recommend! ☺️Thank you!
