Winter tyres
Dropped wheels off for a set of winter tyres and they were ready early to collect. Rims protected, friendly staff and a good job done. Price of the tyres and fitment was extremely competitive. Would be happy to use again and recommend.

Perfect SUV tyre and wheel swap on my VW Touareg this wet and windy Friday afternoon - zero waiting with the guys on it as soon as I arrived. An excellent job and great customer service - even helped lump the old (and very heavy) wheels back into my trailer !! My go-to tyre service provider (Newcastle-u-Lyme branch). Many thanks.

Mot experience
I use the Newcastle branch all the time, but my husband needed a mot so we had to go to tunstall instead.
Unfortunately his car failed so had to have a few jobs done elsewhere and then a re test. We could only get into the Newcastle branch for the mot, I didn’t realise you had to go back to the same test centre as the original mot. But the guys at Newcastle did the re test with no hesitation, with no charge, they didn’t have to do that but they are all lovely and I wouldn’t use anywhere else. Great service ⭐

Ordered tyres online (seemed a better price than over the counter at another branch).
Delivery was delayed by manufacturer, but staff kept us well informed and re-scheduled fitting appointment when in stock.
Couldn't wish for better service.
