Outstanding service as always! Called in a small order for pickup about 30 minutes before the cutoff time for pickup. They took the order and had it processed and ready when I arrive for pickup 15 minutes later. Highly recommend!

I received the wrong item (pictures and description on the website do not match the item I received) and reached out to rectify the order. I have yet to receive a response with next steps on how I can get the correct item or a refund.

I can’t say enough about Kelvin. He is a topnotch professional. This extends from his getting my boat in out of the rain to completing the entire wrap alone and then getting my boat out of the warehouse past a maze of vehicles in a crowded parking lot. He explained every step of the wrap process and made sure that I understood why each step was necessary. He was very patient with all of my questions. I will definitely use this service again.

Shrinkwrap is hands down a better winter storage system than any other fabric cover or tarp I've tried to use in years past.
