Great tips from Grover
Grover gave me some great tips for expediting our shrink wrapping and it worked like a charm. Rolls were loaded quickly and the front office is always efficient and friendly. Good product-fair prices, tape is better than the competition.

The salesperson didn't want my business…
The salesperson didn't want my business because of what he felt was a low quantity. I originally contacted the company for help with which product would be a good solution for our company project. Instead of helping me determine the best product, the question of "quantity" was mentioned several times and then I was told to buy from Uline. I received an email from the salesperson, John, saying Mr. Shrinkwrap was not a good fit due to the quantity of our products we would be needing a solution for.
A single roll of shrinkwrap can be purchased online, who cares what our quantity was going to be, I just wanted to know the right product to use.
