We’ve used this removal company twice now and have been really impressed both times — we’ll likely be using them again very soon.

The team was punctual, professional, and worked quickly while taking great care of our belongings.
Bob was very easy to communicate with and kept everything clear throughout. They were also upfront about any fragile items that weren’t properly packed, but still handled them carefully and did a great job.

Mr B Removals were outstanding. They moved a very heavy item for me and sent three guys who didn’t miss a beat. They were punctual, arriving exactly when they said they would, and worked with real care and good humour throughout. All three were jolly, polite, and genuinely nice to deal with.

They collected the item for me in Wimbledon and brought it all the way over to Chingford, and even the lady on the Wimbledon side commented on how pleasant they were. Three great guys, excellent service, and I’d highly recommend them.

I found them very easy and reliable to deal with. My move was a small one, I rang for a quote and got one quickly and a short notice time arranged. The guys showed up on time, moved my furniture carefully packing and unpacking. They were both friendly. I paid the agreed amount at the end, and they reminded me I had already paid a deposit which I'd forgotten. I did read some adverse reviews after I'd booked them but this wasn't my experience. It was easy, stress free and efficient from start to end.

Don’t use their packing service and removal. We went for Mr Bee removal again after a positive experience in 2023 when they helped us move. That time the movers were really careful with all our things and therefore when we thought about moving this time we didn’t hesitate. But we were wrong, things did not go well this time. We chose to pack and move. Items were damaged, missing and that would have been ok if they had taken some accountability. We even gave the guys a big tip which we repent doing now! They were nice on the day and took our water bottles without permission, to be fair we said nothing cause it was a long day and we probably would have offered but it was a bit cheeky. After the move they didn’t finish assembling things and left things in the bubble wrap. We had to do everything ourselves and then discovered the missing items, and damaged items. I instantly wrote to see what the process was, sent a number of email following up till a month after our move. Some office people were surprised but all I got was a call to clarify one thing but no responsibility was taken: we now have to go out of pocket to get new items and parts. I was very disappointed as it seems it the draw of who you get on the day and all I can say is there was a massive difference in care in 2023. I know accidents happens but what makes me the most accept is the lack of accountability. We will never use again.

This was the best moving experience I've had. Communication prior to our move was seamless, with appropriate follow-up and confirmation the day before our removal. Our movers, Matt and Ley were on time, efficient, courteous, careful, and very pleasant as well! The original estimate was for 6 hours. They completed the job in 4 and we were only charged accordingly. I'd use them every time, no question.

Mr Bees Removals were absolutely amazing. The two men who moved our belongings were so gentle with the items. Having never gotten movers before, I wasn’t sure what to expect but the service is incredible.

My experience with Mr Bees Removals was very positive. The team arrived on time and efficiently dismantled our beds and wardrobe before loading everything into the van, completing this stage in two and a half hours.

We faced a three hour delay due to not receiving our keys on time, but the team were accommodating. They waited nearby at a café and reassured me to call as soon as the keys were ready.

Once I finally had the keys, they returned promptly, unloaded the van, and reassembled all the furniture within another two and a half hours.

Throughout the process, they were polite, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend Mr Bees Removals and would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

used this service just yesterday and i still live with the trauma that they caused me. We agreed on a price, Mr Bob said there was an error in my order as i said it was 2nd floor and not 3rd floor, for that, i will add £10 for every hour, i pleaded for £5 per hour, he asked the boys to take my load back to their office if i am not paying £10. He then insisted that i must pay for the service before they take my things upstairs as against what was in the agreement. It took my nursing wife to plead with him, he then lied we used 5hours meanwhile, his boys pretended he lost the van keys after packing my things into the van and we spent over 1 hour looking for it, behold the Mr Bob charged me for the time his boys used in searching for the key. They also damaged so many of my properties. Broke my mirror, broke my shoe rack, broke my television stand. Above all, the guys refused to reassemble my 2 beds as the dismantled it in the former place. I regret ever using Mr Bee and i will advise no one use his services as he sounded very mean and rude to me on the phone ordering his boys to take my load to the office if i do not pay before the service ends. I will sue him for damage because that incident has left me traumatised that i couldn't go to work neither have i had any food nor drink from yesterday's awful event. I have both picture and video evidences of the damaged caused by his boys and how they left my new house in a big mess. Anyone who use the service of Mr Bee does that at his or her own risk.

Absolutely terrible experience.
Moved from house into storage,
And when I came to open storage unit everything fell out and smashed, they damaged my new TV, broke mirrors and what i can only say as threw things into the storage unit.

When i messaged owner to tell him what happened, he told me I smashed my own stuff and broke tv, and called me a liar... then told me to take him to court/ police.

Very shameful customer service.
And wouldn't want anyone to have the same experience.

Great service. Kain and Renzo made the whole move feel so easy. They were quick, worked really well together & despite my new property being on a busy road they managed to get the job done with ease!

Very fast and the 2 men who loaded up very careful with my stuff only problem I had that the job turned out to be £35 pound more than what I was quoted by the man I spoke to when I booked it.

My experience with Mr Bee removals has been very good from the beginning. I started by talking to John about helping emptying a container with was coming from abroad and transporting the personal belongings to a flat which was on 3rd floor of apartment without stairs.The container arrived unexpectedly earlier then planned and I called John and he arranged two men with a van to help me out last minute. One of the men came on their day off to help! They were very good and did an excellent job. I would high recommend Mr Bee removals .

My move went very smoothly. The men kept in touch with me throughout the morning so that I knew what time they were coming, the whole move was done very efficiently and they were very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a great service.

I used this company two years ago and had an excellent experience, but this time the quality was much lower.

The movers didn't seem well-prepared. The person dismantling the bed was not careful - parts dropped as he unscrewed them, and a large piece of wood fell. Fortunately, the damage was internal and didn't affect the bed's functionality. However, they lost three screws and had no replacements, so I am now missing them. Additionally, they temporarily lost a sofa leg, which was only found after they had already left.

I also paid for an extra hour because it took them 30 minutes to assemble the bed. When I asked them to assemble the sofa, they rushed, saying the next client was waiting. I had already paid for that hour, so this was confusing and frustrating. I called the manager, who was very helpful, and the movers returned, but they were unhappy and assembled the sofa hastily, leaving me to fix some parts afterward.

Lastly, I gave them my electric screwdriver because they didn't have one, and I now cannot find it. While it's not a huge loss, it adds to my disappointment with this service.

I truly valued the service I received two years ago, so it's unfortunate to see such a decline in quality.
