Brilliant service, very helpful through every step of the way purchasing my new wheelchair and I am incredibly happy with the product. Customer service and email replies are very quick and helpful, I couldn’t ask for better service throughout my experience purchasing a brand new wheelchair.

Had a good deal of help and advice from all that helped me make the choice of bike to have . good trial at home for me to see how well i would manage with the mad max and the hand over was great answers to questions I had shown how to set it up tips on how to get most out of it. They were great at the job and very polite too. My off road chair gets a hard life but they maintain it and repair things when I manage to overdo things.

Excellent communication throughout the process of ordering personalising and delivering and adjusting the chair. Karen kept me informed about progress and delivery. Duncan visited me at home to see my current chair and understand my needs. He delivered my chair and adjusted it with me in it. Motus Medical is an excellent company to purchase an electric wheelchair from. I would highly recommend them.

From my very first phone call to arrange a home demonstration, through to the delivery was easy. Everyone that I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Matt brought the chair home 3 weeks before Christmas which made delivery a little longer than it should have been, but it was just one of those things. When Matt delivered my chair, he spent time to make sure I was comfortable and made the small adjustments
that were necessary.

I would highly recommend the company to anybody who is looking for a new power chair. Definitely a 5 star company.

Explained everything

Excellent customer service and support from all there team from choosing the wheelchair prefect for me to receiving my chair. All of the team ensured I had full support throughout my purchase and great technical support with the chair. I would 100% recommend this company for any of you mobility equipment.

Would like to have given 5 stars, especially for service provided by Matt (Mohr) as he has been great. But one item wasn't correct and one item still awaiting delivery.

Everyone are friendly and helpful. Very polite. My chair was fixed quickly when the parts arrived. Very pleased with the service I received.

Very responsive to an emergency repair I needed with a degree of empathy and concern for the customer's needs and difficulties which was second to none in my experience. Sets the standard that should be followed by the whole industry!

We purchased a power chair from Motus Medical and the service and communication throughout has been first class. Both Karen in the office and Duncan in the field have been personable, professional and customer focussed throughout. We took ownership today and had a thorough handover from Duncan.

The service has been fantastic, there was a situation that could not have been anticipated. When my chair broke down before receiving my new chair from Motus, Motus were kind enough to loan me a chair. Every time I contacted then nothing was to much trouble.
