Very poor treatment by service manager. At best unethical

As before the best service was provided great team thanks.

Very pleased with the buying experience from the start to handover, all very professional, honest and dedicated staff.

Really impressed with the service I've received today from Travelworld. I needed urgent help with a significant issue which would have prevented me from travelling on a planned trip to France next week.

Holly got me booked in for the following day. When I arrived Steve Hodgkins checked me in and after diagnostics (and a couple of other jobs I requested) was really helpful in clearly explaining the issue, arranging the parts order & getting me a slot asap next week to get things fixed.

He also gave me a clear view of the costs - not the cheapest, but I'm very happy...thanks to Travelworld we'll only be delayed 1 day...thanks!

Steve Hodgkins and the team at Erwin Hymer are all five star. Very attentive. Knowledgeable and interested in what your problems are. They really want to help and go out of their way to make you welcome. Will definitely be going back and hope Steve is still there to help us 🤩

We recently had a positive experience with Erwin Hymer Centre Travelworld after some initial challenges. Steve Hodgkins in the service department was particularly outstanding, keeping us updated with calls and emails while ensuring our issues were resolved efficiently. Additionally, staff like Rob, Hannah, and Amber stood out for their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. The service team demonstrated great attention to detail, making sure all concerns with our Hymer were addressed. While the overall journey had some frustrations, the excellent customer service from these individuals made a real difference. Thank you for restoring our faith in the company! Four stars from us.

Delighted with the service today. Had arranged to drop our van in on the way home from our break away as we were having some minor warranty work carried out. We arrived early and immediately Steve Hodgkins got the van into the workshop to minimise our delay. Work carried out and we were on our way in just over an hour. Really can’t fault the service thanks to Steve today. Thank you.

Ryan was very welcoming and he took time to understand what our specific needs were - as well as advising us on the things we hadn't considered. He was very knowledgeable about the motorhome models and options that would meet these needs. The experience of buying a motorhome was comfortable and assuring.

I dealt with Steve Hodgkins he was friendly efficient and keen to assist. He was fully prepared upon my arrival agreeing the work scheduled. He kept me advise of progress at all times as necessary.

Steve Hodkins thoroughly explained the warranty work carried out to our Motorhome and ensured we were happy with the work before we left.

We took our Motorhome to Travelworld on 16 Jan for a diagnostic report and met Steve Hodgkins for the first time. Steve was very helpful, attentive and knew what he was doing. My dealings with previous front desk service personal on numerous times over the last 2 years have not been particularly smooth so I welcome Steve and sincerely hope he can restore my faith in Travelworld.

Travelworld have really got their act together now. It was a pleasure to go today to have some work done under warranty and it was all undertaken quickly and to our complete satisfaction. Thank you Rob and Hannah.

I just had a habitation check done on a Carado T459 that I purchased from Travelworld last year. Overall, I am very pleased with the standard of service from Steve Hodgkins. I dropped the motorhome in the previous afternoon and got the use of a courtesy car. I also asked if they could do the work as early as possible the following day as I had a long drive back to Scotland. I got a phone call from Steve at mid-day to say that the work was complete and I was on my way home by 2pm. They also addressed a couple of other minor issues that I had flagged up to them and returned the motorhome sparkling clean having washed the exterior and vacuumed the interior.

Our trip to travelworld was flawless steve from service gave us 1st class treatment and the van minor fault was sorted asap . on our way home early afternoon wife very happy as it gave us time for shopping 🛍 on the way home at Uttoxeter great service around thank you all at travelworld k & s Devey
