Overcharged me by roughly £10. Got 40% battery charge, but they charged me for 60% of the capacity. Used once and never again. Realised the supercharger network is cheaper and easier to use. And they have accurate charging for the amount you actually use. Avoid

Sara at the cottingley hall site is a lovely lady that will brighten up your day & she will provide you with excellent customer service with a smile!

So, I see that there are a lot of negative reviews on here, but I have to say that they were honestly brilliant with me! I went to get my car washed at a Shell garage and the two people in front took ages, so me and my daughter - who was spraying the car for the first time -ended up staying longer than we would have liked and I guess longer than we were supposed to (I hadn't really noted that there was a time limit in the garage since I thought we would only be in and out in a few mins!)

Anyway, got a euro car parks ticket for £100 and was gutted! Went straight to the garage and the nice man behind the desk gave me contact details for Motor Fuel Group.

I first spoke to Anil, who was excellent and said I would be contacted for more details about why I was there etc, and then I received an email from Prabhakar. I sent my receipts and a time stamped photo of us at the car wash etc, and they got the PCN cancelled within a couple of days!!! Thanks guys :-). Raf

I had an excellent experience with Motor Fuel Group. The representative I spoke with was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and easy. Highly recommend their customer services.

Absolutely disgusted that we got a £100 parking charge stating we were parked for 41 mins. There were no visible signs, we filled up with fuel first anyway got food, coffe and used the toilets, which is surely what you need to do in a service station.
How can they slap a charge on you for being a responsible driver taking a short break and fuel top up.
Talk about massive exploitation!!!
So many bad reviews on this service station for the same thing and also a huge amount of service stations run by MFG.

Received great customer service from representative Prabhakar. I received an unjust parking charge which was totally unfair as using all of their services at a particular service station.

Prabhakar kept me up to date and managed to get this resolved for me to a great satisfaction.

I requested for help to get a Parking Charge Notice cancelled which was enforced by Euro Car Parks on me for overstaying by 10 mins on a car wash on a Motor Fuel Group gas station. Prabhakar from MFG's team was responsive and helped me get it closed. Fantastic service!

Petrol station at Morrison Cheadle Heath Stockport. No pay at pumps, pumps always not working large holes in forecourt floor which are now becoming dangerous. Use to just drive in and out now its hard to find a pump that works and then you have to stand in a large queue to pay. Gone downhill fast since taking over from Morrisons.

This company is a joke. Charged me £15829.02 to charge my car for 15 minutes.
How can a contactless payment remove so much money from a card without flags being raised is beyond me.
Customers service is non existent, asking me to send email to prove the payment, then not saying they have received them whilst emailing me on the same email

If I could give a zero or minus I would. Horrible experience with them. Paid a 10er to have a carwash only to get scratched by the car wash machine. Their staff member onsite promised they would call me later to about it but never did. I had to find their contact detail online and contacted them and more waiting. When they finally replied their wanted 2 quotes and etc. I got 2 quotes, then they replied they decided not to compensate me as there is a disclaimer at the entrance to the effect that customers use the machine at their own risk! if there is already such a 'warning' in place and they are not going to take any liability why should they string me along all the way to get 2 quotes for the repair? I felt they treat customers like 'sxxx'

Went to BP at White Cart Road Paisley Glasgow , went into shop bought some sweets and a car wash . When I came out there was another car in car wash waited for them to finish and we pulled in. Left straight after wash had finished two weeks later I received a £100 fine from euro car parks stating I was too long on the garage forecourt (as I said there was a car ahead of us in car wash) I went over too the garage roughly 30 miles round trip and the manager Dolly said just appeal so I duly did. I have now received an email saying my appeal has not been upheld but if I paid £20 this would cover admin that would be the end of it . What for shopping in their store and using their car wash this is blatant exploitation . I am now going to contact money saving expert to see if anyone else has been conned like this

UPDATED!! Went to 2 car washes in a week both had issues after paying £10 both left the car looking worse than before they entered.... got a refund on 1 which was good but I must say the customer service on the second refund is very poor after takking almost 3 weeks to investigate and agreeing there was reason for a refund they then asked me for my personal bank details to process my refund and now it's been almost a month and I've heard nothing at all.... I know it's only £10 but it's the principle of the situation you don't pay for something that didn't work!!! Poor make me really think before I would use there equipment again.. After a couple of weeks speaking with customer service i have had a full refund. They are now going to investigate and fix the car washes in question and have sent a complimentary wash on them.. so id say they've made up for it.

I tried to use pay at pump, inserted my card, but the machine went out of order before I could take fuel. I went to another pump and paid in the kiosk. That was last Thursday, and there's still an amount of £100.00 being held on my card for the out of order pump. I have rang, but not had a response.

Watered down fuel. I have received a bill for over £200 due to fuel at MFG in Accrington causing my vehicle to break down. I will never use it again and will recommend that my friends and family do the same

Premium on Active unleaded petrol is 23p per litre. Other BP garages charge a premium around 10p.

Absolute joke of a company
Cheap shi#e equipment that doesn't work and leaves you out of pocket and stranded on there forecourt.

I recently used MFG Downside near Guildford to fill my car with fuel however while I was watching the pump, the nozzle failed to cut off and my shoes, car and forecourt were covered in fuel.

The attendant could barely speak English and was not interested in my problem despite seeing and smelling the spillage. To add to the insult I was made to pay for all the fuel, including the fuel wasted by their pump failing to cut off.

I complained to their customer services but was simply met with platitudes about their processes and zero recognition that I had had a problem.

Their level of customer service is appalling and I will never use them again. I suggest you do the same.

I can see why their Trustpilot rating is so poor given the service that I received = AVOID

The Motor Fuel Group run the BP Garage on St John's Hill, Sevenoaks. I took my car through the car wash. The wheel scrub brushes were not working properly and damaged the paintwork on both the driver and passenger doors, leaving circular scratch marks. The company have denied any responsibility ! I advise drivers not to use this car wash or any others run by the Motor Fuel Group
