I ordered my tyre on the 22 of October and it arrived on the 9 of november over two weeks after I placed my order and it was for an MOT failure so I had to pay full price for a retest £30.If delivery date had been pointed out in the advert I would not have placed an order with this company.
If you want a tyre quickly dont use this company

Easily available, fair price, fast deliver, arrived in excellent condition.

Ordering process was easy. Delivery came ok.

Very poor service, would give a zero if it was possible.
Ordered 2 tyres from the website and was sent a confirmation. I was then sent an email stating they would be delayed by 3 days delivery. I had to phone 9 days later as they had not arrived to be told they will not send them as they have since my order put the price of the tyres up and demanded I pay the extra amount. Totally unacceptable I will not use Moto-Tyres ever again and strongly recommend that people go elsewhere totally untrustworthy company.

My husband has been trying to buy tyres for his motorcycle since May. Only one tyre fits the bike and he has been unable to get it anywhere. He was last told the tyre might be available from Dunlop in October or even November. I did a quick google search and came across Moto-tyres. After reading reviews we weren’t particularly hopeful but we were desperate. We ordered a tyre and it was delivered about two weeks later. We were kept informed throughout this period. It has just been fitted and my husband is a very happy man. We wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

I believed that this was a U.K. based company and not Europe based and that my tyre would arrive in a few days after my order. Nowhere in the order process was I informed that I would have to wait 10 days and even now it has not arrived.
That's when I looked at Trustpilot reviews and discovered many are experiencing the same problem as I am. Some have waited months for their tyres.
I don't believe that having made the order on 30/09/2021 that on 01/10/2021 the tyre is in transit and stuck in customs.
According to the DPD tracking the supplier has yet to provide goods for delivery.
I have raised the issue with PayPal and await a refund either directly from Moto-Tyres or PayPal.
I am an active member on a large Honda motorcycle forum, so I will now inform others not to order tyres from this company.

Terrible. Not a UK company. Order will take weeks. Avoid at all costs. Learn from my experience. They claim delays at customs, but the courier denys ever recieving the goods.

The goods were not held in customs.
I checked. Why would customs want to hold on to a tyre for 10 days? You have messed me about. I asked you to cancel the order. I asked for a refund.
Neither of which you have done. Now you have delivered a tyre which I don't need, 2 weeks after I ordered it. Look at the other disappointed customers reviews. Your business model is flawed and customer service pathetic.

Order tyres on 25th September as the where showing as available. After giving them a bad review, they then email on 7 Oct to say not available at all now. But their website still shows as being n stock and available in 2 - 3 days. Customer service awful, basically told tough, not out problem. They pretend to be uk based but they are not. Truely awful experience, will never use again and will advise everyone one else to avoid too.

Great price, good website layout and search tools to find the right tyre, easy ordering process, delivery tracked well

Needed a tyre for my bike quite badly and saw it was a 2 to 4 day order at a decent price plus a uk company so I thought. Now 2 weeks later I still have no tyre and at a guess it’s stuck in customs. If you need a tyre soon don’t bother with this company, pay a little extra and get from a uk supplier.

Delivery was a day or two later than expected but given the current situation with lack of delivery drivers I don't think this is too bad. Would use Moto Tyres again.

The order will take weeks if you are in the UK, I didn't get tracking details for about 6 or so days and the tracking details only say it has left the warehouse and its been about 3 weeks now.

The price is good but they are just a middle man and the orders come from other companies from I can see.

I've given moto-tyres 5 stars as they've given me an excellent service.
I phoned to checked delivery on the specific tyre i wanted before ordering, they checked stock while i waited, and as the item was available, they quoted a 3 week delivery, which was acceptable (the goods come from Germany). I was wary of ordering, as i read some of the previous reviews on Trustpilot. In my case, their service, (and that of DPD, their carriers) could NOT be faulted. The tyre was delivered to me on the morning of the 8th day after ordering. I was kept FULLY up to date by moto-tyres, and a link from DPD, so that i knew where my tyre was.The tyre supplied was brand new (25/21). I think excellent service in my case warrants the five stars, and based upon this, i would not hesitate to order from moto-tyres again. Many thanks! Peter 13/09/21

This is a good company, especially at this time where supply chains are under heavy stress due to the pandemic. I phoned and verified that the tyres I needed were in stock before ordering them. They were dispatched really quickly, however Brexit is the enemy of quick delivery. They were sat in UK customs for more than a week, which makes one anxious because customs is currently an unknown entity as far as time goes these days. Would I use Moto-Tyres again? Absolutely yes. I'd just factor in maybe 2 to 3 weeks for delivery - it's not their fault that Brexit has given the UK 3rd country status. It's the same gamble anywhere outside of the UK that requires customs clearance.

I ordered a tyre waited the advised time, No contact? asked for an update to which the reply was the leadtime had increased by 3 days due to delay, ok fine checked online to seeif there was a stock issue nope bute the price had just gone up £20 wow! hours later i recieved a message cancellation of order, item out of stock? checked onlne put one in the basket no shortage! so clearly there not going to honour a sale (paid for) if there's a few extra bucks in it. i have wasted a week waiting. Dissapionting but gives you an idea of the company ethics, dishonesty for a few pounds more. RD 44984455

Thank you for your e-mail regarding your perceived contract obligations, As a consumer once I have placed the order ie payed for the item and you as a seller have (confirmed that order) at a specific price and taken my money, you as a company are duty bound to honour that order at that price, the order confirmation is a metaphorical handshake. whilst legally as you have indicated you may have leeway to get out of that deal? (I am not sure, I haven't looked into it) to effectively ignore the handshake shows that you as a business are untrustworthy, an indication any further guarantee or assurances displayed on your site should be disregarded. That's probably not a good long term business model, the further admission that you could have supplied the tyres at a higher price contradicts the order cancellation (out of stock).

So to anyone out there thinking they have ordered some tyres from your site, sadly this is not the case, untill they actually arrive ie your order confirmation and payment mean nothing!

Trading under at least 2 different company names, taking money of you making you a fool with no respond to some emails. Tried to bay a tyre for motorcycle. Price was excellent and to good to be true but when I saw 2 companies selling same tyre for this price I decided to go ahead. Kept money for over a month under the first name then I orderd from the other company And they did the same. How I know it's same company? Money goes to same trading name in PayPal system. SCAM
