Good variety of products and good advice on how to use them. Very prompt delivery. No moths yet! Wear a mask; the spray repellent gets in your throat & made me sneeze.

I do order from you most years but find it hard to make sure I light on your website- mostly the plastic frame which hods the sticky strips has a sort of name on it but might the sticky refills have your email on them?
I like seeing what is being caught , helps me redouble my efforts and sometimes that I am making progress as there are fewer!

Usually very good but latest delivery not poor
We have purchased moth treatment from MothKiller fort a number of years and have been very happy with the products delivered. They work. We ordered our normal repeat order and it proved a bit of a disaster. One item was not included (now supplied), one item was short coded (expired only nine weeks post delivery). When I contacted them they told me it was still ok for six months after the expiry date. After some discussion they agreed to refund the out of date stock. The stinger in the tail is they I have to pay for it to be returned before they will refund my money. Not the best example of customer service!
