excellent customer service. Very professional customer service adviser called Dane Walters who dealt with my queries for repair very efficiently and politely. Always called back when he said he would do so.

I took out a Plan B Warranty with Motor Easy / Motor Angel on the 3rd April 2017 at a cost of £773.02. This included an annual MOT and Manufactures service, the service costing £226.

At first it all seemed to be very efficient and worth the investment to have some peace of mind. This was until I dropped my car off for the service on the 28th April.

Since then the damage to my car while at the Halfords Auto Centre these guys use, has still not been repaired. I am out of pocket to the tune of £230 to replace a tyre and have the tracking realigned, and my warranty thus far has actually cost £1001.

These guys clearly sub all the work out as the body work is being given to Chips Away and the whole service is less the convenient if you have a job from Monday to Friday.

It was full of promise to start as Matt Tumbridge (one of the owners, apparently) was going to sort this out! Well the comms is poor I was not given a time for the Chips Away guy to collect my car today so he calls while i am work to say I am outside your house!!!!! when i had waited until 9.15am for him to arrive as Motor Easy state 8.30am collection for any work. Clearly this does not get conveyed to the sub contractors.

In short i would expect a much better service for my £1,000 pounds and inconvenience and damaged to my car. You'd think you might get your priorities right with a new client the had just bought one of your premium products, instead you just frustrate your customer, and get a poor review

This company act on behalf of warranty company (Warranty Assist) 1st of all minimum waiting time before a call is answered is 20mins could possibly rise to 45-60mins on some occasions which is simply ridiculous! I have had two claims via this company both times rejected but their communication is very very poor. As i am writing this my car has currently been parked up for 4 weeks now due to a turbo charger failure which the warranty company will not cover even though it is a listed component. They dont seem to understand the difficulty someone is facing when without a vehicle and just say this is the process this is how it works. The fact is the money i have spent on hiring cars over the last few weeks whilst they made a decision on wether to cover my turbo wouldve paid for the turbo itself and wouldve had the car sorted in a few days! WASTE OF TIME with no positive end result!

Absolutely appalling customer service. Disgusting and disgraceful service all round.
They had my car for 6 days and nights and my car was returned to me with damage!! (£426 worth of cosmetic damage to be precise!)
Will now have to go through the courts.
Customer service members are rude, arrogant, have disgusting manners. Constantly keeping me on hold unnecessarily and hanging up the phone.
Astounded they've asked me to review them!

my main advisor Steve was very helpful, polite and kept me informed throughout.
choice of approved garage most expensive chain of garages in area. feel there are much better independent garages that offer better for money.

A bit sceptical at first but they have covered two separate pieces of work so far. Claims Process is a bit long winded but the cover has been good so far.

Extremely helpful and friendly would defiantly recommend!

Poor communication with Halfords for check up

I had to use this company for a warranty repair to my car. They dealt with the matter in a most professional manner, arranging everything as painlessly as they could despite some logistical problems. Highly recommended.

I didn't have to do anything. It was all done between the insurance company and the garage.

After an initial hitch over the booking things have moved smoothly. I haven't yet picked up my car from the garage but Adam who called me to say that it was ready was knowledgeable and helpful.

Good prompt services

I found it easy and they was fast to book the appointment and quick to ring to pay them so I'm happy I didn't have to do the chasing
