Delivery was fast and order accurate. Tiles are beautiful, just what I wanted.

Mosaic Title Direct does have some of the best prices out there. We saved a very large amount on our tile order and that is always appreciated. However, low prices have costs and that cost is no service.
We had to run them down; call multiple times and post on their facebook page to get any response to the status of our order. This took several days of staying on top of them to get any updates. It turns out that they did in fact ship our order the day we placed it and it arrived a week later. They stated that they were having technical issues with their phones and email systems. While I understand this, I would say that following up with them was something that I would recommend. Outside of this issue, the title was perfect!

Very dissappointed with the service, I ordered the tile three weeks ago and still don't have it. First I was told it shipped thhe same week and I should have it in 4days, after 4days and no tracking #I called back, its on back order. How can u advertise and sell something on the site as "In Stock" if it isn't? Everytime I call to check on the order, I get the same guy with the same lie " Ill call the warehouse and call u back" but NO CALL BACK

I ordered and paid for a sample tile and waited two months just to have them cancel on me. I will not use this site again or recommend it to my friends or coworkers.

Mosaic Tile Direct's staff is very helpful, explanatory, educating and friendly on the phone. Samples were sent promptly and packaged with extreme care. After the samples looked great, we placed a full order and were advised on the best break-even points based on quantity and shipping type, and what specials were applicable to our order. Full order was received just as promised for delivery, was again carefully packaged and all items were in great shape. Not only that, but it's the best price for large format (18 inch) marble tile that we found anywhere, and the product looks great. Thank you Mosaic Tile Direct!

This tile looks as if it was made for my kitchen. I'm so happy I didn't settle for something else and waited to find this tile. Whether the lights under the cabinets are shining on the beautiful glass or if the lights are off - the tile is absolutely gorgeous!
The tile came very quickly, wrapped carefully and without one broken piece.

I was so very pleased that they sent out samples for such a reasonable price. So I ordered a couple. One they sent but not the other. I waited. So stupid me ordered that sample again because I really wanted to see it. They took my money a second time and still no sample!

Well, I suppose one positive is that they asked me to review them, even though it's been 4 months since I placed my order, never received anything from that order, and they never responded to e-mails, and their phone inbox was full.

Thanks to this company, I now have some experience getting my credit card company to reverse a charge, because mosaic tile direct was completely unresponsive to my questions about why my order hadn't shipped over two months after I placed it.

Saying they have poor customer service would be an insult to companies with poor customer service which actually responds. Mosaic Tile Direct did not respond in the slightest to any of my questions asking why my shipment hadn't happened.

I would not recommend this company to anyone at all.

The marble tile we ordered was exactly as expected, mad it arrived within 2 weeks of our order. But about a week after we ordered, we still hadn't received a tracking number nor any other info about shipping. Two calls to the place (voicemail) went without call back. So I was ready to open a dispute o get our money back when on mt third call I reached a live person, he said we would ship in two days, and they did. Not a scam, but poor communication makes you think you were scammed.

I tried calling several times never got a call back. Would just like a refund.

"My tiles came on time, well packaged, and were exactly as pictured. I love them and am very pleased."

The "5 star review" was obviously written by the guy who screwed my order. I received my order 3 WEEKS LATE, only AFTER i called to find out why...some guy answers the phone and says he is not sure why I have not gotten my order, but he will call me back. He never does. I have to contact them again. Thumbs up their ass. Never buy from this company, you will regret it.

Unfortunately I came across TrustPilot AFTER purchasing from Mosaic Tile Direct. And as for its one 5-star review, "Rostock, US" does not exist. Neither does good customer service from MTD. I think that review was an inside job. Just my opinion. I mean, everyone else reviewing MTD is unsatisfied.

Anyway, order and transaction went smoothly. Then, no signs of life. Emailed as to the status, no reply. Called, no answer (although I did not leave a message). Finally spoke with someone to find out my tile - ordered from MTD with "everything in stock" - was back ordered 6-8 weeks. And I found this out only after calling 6 or 7 days after placing the order. Any legitimate company would have been pro-active enough to call me. How long would I have waited, assuming this was shipped right away? Credit card refund went smoothly. An overall anxious experience, especially after reading online reviews. I should have done my research first.

Also, folks, you really don't save money ordering tile online. Its marketed well but you're hit heavy with fees and shipping. Not necessarily from MTD, but just in general. I am an independent retailer and used this route as a last resort for my customer who picked out what turned out to be a recently discontinued tile. I could not get it from ANY supplier. I can't help but think MTD couldn't get this from the mill either and 8 weeks would have been a good excuse to hold on to my money. Just speculation, though. Support local business! :-)

Polished honey onyx tile is beautiful and the price was competitive compared to other sources. It was delivered quickly and shipping was free, which made it more competitive in comparison to other vendors. However, I also ordered matching bullnose that is needed to complete my project. It was not delivered and there has been no communication regarding its expected delivery date. When I pull up my account on their website the status for that part of the order says "processing". If I had known that the bullnose would not be delivered promptly I probably would have ordered from another vendor who could have delivered everything I needed to complete the project. I wanted to complete it during my holiday vacation but that was not possible. I believe such delays should be communicated immediately.

Ordered two samples took 3 weeks to arrive. Followed up twice with no response- only received response after claim filed with PayPal. Once the item was received one of the samples was wrong. Needless to say I went with another company for my backsplash.

I placed an order because the website said all items were in stock and ready to ship. The order confirmation said I would be receiving an email with the tracking number. Three days pass and no email. I call the company and speak to an unidentified male who tells me the product has shipped and that he will send me an email with the tracking by the end of the day. Big surprise...no email. Over the next week I called haf a dozen times and could never get a live person again. None of my messages were returned. None of my emails were responded to. Luckily I had paid through PayPal and filed a dispute. The company emailed me a "credit memo" for part of the money I had paid for the tile - but didn't refund the money through PayPal. I have now escalated the dispute to a claim with PayPal and am still waiting for the company to respond.

It should have been a giveaway that the company might not be legitimate when I couldn't find an address for them anywhere on their website. But the prices were good and the shipping was free - so I took a chance. BAD IDEA!!!

We recently bought some tile from Mosaic Tile Direct and recieved it in about 2 weeks. This time frame is unacceptable considering we paid for priority shipping!
